This is our 3rd Dodge Challenger and we just love it. The new interior design is much improved or the last model. Ours is a base SXT 2 wheel drive. We live in Minnesota and my wife drives it year round with a $900 set of rim's and snow tires. The kids love riding in back. The cars 0 to 60 built in gadge has recorded runs of 5.9 and I averaged 31 mph on the highway. Not sure how many other 5 passenger cars can do this for $25k new.

This is at least the 3rd time I have gone to RTE 46 JEEP to lease yet another JEEP vehicle. This time I got a 2018 COMPASS after driving a JEEP CHEROKEE LIMITED for several years. My salesman, RJ Salas, was friendly, knowledgeable, and worked diligently to find a deal within my budget. Walter, in the Finance Dept., explained everything fully and had us in and out of his office in no time at all. Everyone at the dealership has been friendly and helpful from Judy (cashier), Cauly Chak (manager), and everyone that I have ever dealt with back in the Service Dept. I feel this dealership works with the customer no matter what your reason for being there!

Pros: Retro muscle car look (unlike Camaro and Mustang), AWD, very comfortable seats for long drives, very little wind noise and no tire noise, usable back seats (unlike other coupes), comes loaded with the standard features (only the 2017 & 2018 model), good trunk space for a sports coupe, Dodge's U-connect system is very good, can get for much cheaper than sticker price due to a lot of rebates. I got mine at 71% of the sticker price) Cons: Feels underpowered (V8 AWD should be fun), underwhelming, handling capability, exhaust sound does not complement the muscle car look.

I am a car enthusiast! I spend way too much on cars ??? but I work 24/7 and it???s my only hobby. This review will be a bit on the long side, simply because I have so much to say about my experience with Vroom. My wife gets frustrated with me because I talk so often about how amazed I am with Vroom in every aspect! I bought my first car in 1968. Back then I couldn???t afford much, but since about 1979 I???ve purchased some very cool cars. I even bought a brand new Rolls Royce back in 1985. I???ve owned: exactly 10 Mercedes, Jaguar, Ferrari, Audi R8, BMW, Range Rover and several others. So when it comes to dealing with car dealerships, I feel like I???ve become rather expert ??? AND a huge skeptic of car dealerships!!! When you buy a high-end car, you lose SOOO MUCH money, as soon as you drive it off the showroom floor. So the last time we purchased cars, we decided to purchase nearly-new cars with very low mileage on them. We bought an Audi R8 and a Mercedes SL63. And it turned out GREAT. No regrets. So now it was time to sell those cars and buy two more. I happened across Vroom.com in my Internet search, and found the perfect cars for both my wife and I at the same place ??? Vroom.com. The cars are nearly identical to the same cars we???ve been driving, but just newer. A 2014 Audi R8 and a 2014 SL63 ??? both with about 3,500 miles on them. Even the same colors as our previous cars. I got bids from several companies to sell our cars to. Vroom offered the highest amounts on both of our cars!! And it was FAR easier to sell to them than any other company. Unbelievably simple! And the prices for the newer 2014 cars was extremely fair. I flew out from South Orange County, California to Vroom to look at and drive both cars. Vroom picked me up at the airport and brought me back to the airport. I was extremely impressed with Vroom and their showroom. And without exception, every single person I???ve spoken with and dealt with at Vroom has been not only helpful and enthusiastic, but GENUINELY concerned about making me happy. Even after the sale they keep contacting me to see how I???m doing and to ask if there???s anything that I need. They got me great financing! Less than 3% interest rate. I had no clue that you could do that with a ???used??? car. No other buying or trade-in experience I???ve ever had comes even close to how great, simple and fast this was. Oh???and they shipped the cars from Texas to us at NO CHARGE, and picked up our two cars at the same time. And the nice young man who delivered the cars was fabulous. He was so very, very careful with our cars. And not only do they have their guarantee ??? I believe you have a week or so to drive the car, and if you don???t like it, they will take the car back. They even told me several times (even after I???d purchased the cars) that if for some reason we decided we did not want the cars, they would come pick them up and truck them back to Texas at NO COST to use. Unbelievable!! Well, my wife is now also so impressed that she no longer is frustrated with me for talking about Vroom so much, and telling all my friends. In fact, I???ve already asked Vroom to look for a car for my daughter. I now would not think of getting her car anywhere else than Vroom. I mentioned before that I???m a skeptic when it comes to car salesmen and dealerships. So if I was you reading this, the first thing I???d wonder is, ???Why is this guy writing this review? Are they paying him???..???? Well, I don???t know any of the people at Vroom. I spent so much time on this review simply because I believe that when people deserve credit, and they treat you so nicely, you should reciprocate and sing their praises. My name is Dr. Rod Kurthy. Very comfortable seats, usable back seat and amazing sound system. the two 10 inch woofers really bump. My SRT 392 is fast, comfortable and looks old school cool. I would highly recommend this car to any muscle car seeker.

I was referred to Texas Direct Auto/Vroom by a good friend and I???m glad I decided to go with them for my car purchase! I initially got Billie as my car sales personnel, but she seemed to be very pushy and just aiming to make quick sale; which is something that made me very uncomfortable. After speaking with her for a while I advised I would give her a call back to speak with my financial advisor on proceeding further on this process with Vroom. When I called back I got a different agent that saw in the system that saw I was talking to Billie and advised me that she would give me a call back in 5 mins, well 30 mins passed and I called back upset because I did not hear back from her after she ran my credit and didn???t like the fact I wasn???t trying to put 2500 down. My credit score was excellent I had a 740, but I didn???t have enough credit history she said is the reason why she kept asking me to put so much money down on 23k 24k car. The last time I called upset after not hearing anything from her a gentleman by the name of Shannon Humbles answered and I advised him that I did not want to work with Billie anymore because she made me feel very uncomfortable and I felt like she didn???t personally care about helping me through the process of the purchase. Shannon is an ALLSTAR!! He went over and beyond the call of duty to help me make this purchase!!! 7 days later my vehicle sits in my parking garage and I love it! The process was so easy to purchase, I had to put 1500 which is the standard, instead of 2800 that???s Billie was demanding that I put down! Please go with Vroom! I saw a couple bad reviews and I know every process has its flaws, but I???m here to tell you, they work! They are a very good company and I look forward to making another purchase with them for my girlfriend???s Christmas gift! Thanks Shannon and Vroom!!!!

I will say that I was a bit apprehensive after reading some negative reviews; but due to the volume that this dealer ships out, I can only assume that poor experiences are a small percentage of their business practice. I visited Vroom???s website in the evening and decided to purchase my wife a Cadillac SRX. Within minutes I received a call from a sales rep. Within an hour of that initial call, he collected my $500 ???hold fee??? that was later applied to my down payment. The following day, my sales rep called to inform me that financing was secured, even with blemished credit. (Required an additional $600 down payment which I had wire transferred). 3 days later, I received my contract via FedEx, completed it, and shipped it back. Once they received and reviewed, I was sent an email with an expected delivery date. From start to finish, the entire process took 10 days, and we received a used Cadillac SRX in EXCELLENT condition. The interior was spotless. The exterior needed a wash, but it was understandable because the car was shipped from Texas to Florida. I have already recommended this service to others, and will likely use them again. *Car does come with a 60 day temp tag, and I have not heard back from Vroom about acquiring my actual registration and plate. - However, I believe that I still have a couple of weeks left on the current tag.

My Challenger Scat Pack was beautiful to look at, drive and listen to. But the build quality was very disappointing, especially for the price. At only 5,000 miles the car started developing all sorts of squeaks, chirps and rattles that drove me nuts. The dealer tried getting rid of them under warranty. But it is a time-consuming and thankless process. The noises would invariably reappear after a few weeks. Tired and disappointed sold the car with only 7,500 miles to let someone else deal with it.

Vroom personnel were thoroughly professional and I received great value in my trade and new car. I took my car to the local dealer for a through inspection upon free delivery. (Vroom offers a 7 day free return policy.) The BMW service manager told me my 2015 X3 Xdrive28i was in such good shape, it would qualify as a certified per-owned on their lot. I easily could have paid $3K more for the car than I did from Vroom.

I'm just going to talke about the only thing that was really BAD. My target time for delivery was 6am - 8am. My car showed up at 8PM. Hard to check it out in dark. I took the day off. And since it came so LATE that I had to call in sick the next day. (I get up at 3am for work) And the drivers door emblem was missing. Delivery drive said I had to prove it to him, that one was there when I nought th car, witch I did. He said there company would send me one. Yea RIGHT!!!

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

This car has performance, power and style. The Hemi is pretty good on gas too. It has a very comfortable and smooth ride. I enjoy driving my Challenger every day. I would not recommend buying a V6. Go for the Hemi and enjoy the Challenger, you can thank me later.

After dealing with a couple of local dealerships that left me disgusted and insulted, I decided to give on-line buying a try. I found the car I wanted on Vroom and then began checking every review on them that I could find. Most of the complaints had to do with getting the titling paperwork in a timely manner. I could deal with that if that was the main concern. So- I let Vroom know I was interested in the car and gave them information on my car as a trade in. They responded in 30 minutes with a guaranteed offer that was exactly what I was hoping to get based on Kelly Blue book.We decided to finance the remainder of the loan through our own bank as we got a better interest rate. Everything went beautifully! I was given the extension number of the associate that was assisting us and we were kept apprised of everything along the way. I mentioned the concern about receiving the titling paperwork (our interest rate could go up if we didn???t get the paperwork to our bank within 45 days). They had me talk to a person in their titling section who assured me she would make sure it went out as soon as possible. Delivery- Seamless! The truck couldn???t come to our house- no way to turn around-so he met us at Walmart (I love telling people I got my car at Walmart). He pulled my new car off, went over where some minor scratches were (I wouldn???t have seen them had he not pointed them out) , documented the condition of my trade in, loaded it up on his truck and DONE! My titling paperwork arrived the next day. I couldn???t be happier with the whole experience and will use Vroom the next time we???re looking for a vehicle.

My husband and I were looking for a white Lexus RX350. We spotted one we loved but decided too late and it was gone. So the next time we spotted one we were quick to hold it. (we had also submitted a search for a white Lexus) My husband, my adult daughter, and I all looked at the ad and it said "White". Purchase was finalized on 12/162015 (we paid cash) The car was not delivered until 1/5/2016, due to the holidays and bad weather, and when it arrived it was SILVER not white. We are embarrassed to say that looking back on our paperwork it does mention silver on two pages. Our mistake. I drove it around town the day it was delivered, but the next day I decided I really wanted white. I had not driven 250 miles around town, but it was already 5 miles over the allowed mileage to return it within the 7 days. (should have checked odometer reading when it was delivered). I thought we were stuck with the silver, but Vroom is honoring the 7 day return policy and it will be a happy new year after all.

My Vroom first contact was Shannon Humbles. He was very friendly sales and he answered all my questions straight forward that I had been convinced to purchase 2018 Jaguar XE on 10/1/2018. The car delivered on time. There was some cosmetic work need to be done. Safiya Armstrong at Vroom Customer Support was my contact person. We also planned to trade an older car as well and Vroom took care of everything, we took pictures of our car and sent them in for the appraisal, the process took about 15 minutes but the offer was lower than what CarMax had offered a few months before, we took it back to CarMax and received the new offer. Vroom adjusted the initial offer without any problems. The final numbers and financing were agreed upon and Vroom sent the paperwork to be signed with highlighted areas to avoid any confusion. They included a self-addressed pre-paid over night envelope to make things easy. Shipping was flawless, Vroom sent multiple pictures as the Audi was being loaded and included the drivers contact information. We received a call about 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery asking if we wanted to accept delivery on a Sunday instead of Monday, the early delivery was perfect for us and the driver kept us updated on his progress, we received multiple calls and even had a final call saying he was 5 minutes away. It was impressive to see a tractor trailer with cars pull up to the house, total time from arrival to leaving with our trade car was about 30 minutes. The driver unloaded the Audi and we did our walk around inspection and accepted the books, keys, etc. then did an inspection of the trade vehicle, handed over the keys and let him load it. Most impressive was the after sales support, Sirius needed Vroom to activate the trial subscription; I sent an email and had a response with minutes. We also asked for a status update on our plates, the temp tags were still good for a couple more weeks but we wanted to make sure the tags were on the way or let them know to extend the tags. The sales staff at Vroom called the house within an hour and said tags would arrive later that week. Overall, the most enjoyable experience we've had buying a vehicle, no hassles from the staff, delivery to your door on the weekend, and surprises after receiving the vehicle. We were skeptical at first, the process sounded too good to be true but was exactly as advertised actually better than advertised, we'll definitely use them again!

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. I purchased a 2015 BMW 5-series, and the Vroom price compared to a similar make/model/mileage vehicle from CarMax was $3,000+ cheaper. I selected my vehicle over a few weeks of looking at photos. My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Looking for a car for my wife and she had a specific model and colors that she wanted to find. Vroom had the a couple of cars and they looked great on the website. Started the process to purchase with skepticism about buying a car from just pictures on the website and not seeing the car in person. However, the team at Vroom went out of their way to answer my many questions, went to the lot and took pictures of the car when asked (multiple requests) and verified all of my questions. They always answered e-mails or questions over the phone and showed great customer service. The entire process took right at 2 weeks from purchase to delivery. We also had a car to trade-in and they were very fair on the price and picked it up upon delivery of the new car. The delivery process for us was manageable even though the time slipped one day due to travel but the driver and Vroom Delivery support kept in contact each day. When we received the car we noticed 2 minor items that were broken and Vroom Customer Service worked to replace and paid the local dealer directly. Overall, a very good experience and I highly recommend Vroom and their team. You have to be willing to go into the process understanding it is a different experience buying a car from a website and be flexible with the process and communication.

I have been searching for the right truck for a few months. Found it through Vroom. I liked having the Carfax report and original window sticker at my instant viewing. The full process took 4 working days to be approved which included overnight envelopes back and forth for document signing. The time it took to receive my truck was within the time limit they specified however it seemed like it took forever as I wanted the truck right then. 😋 saving what I did from the average asking price I have seen shopping around made the wait worth it.

I have to admit, I was a little skeptical about purchasing a car online and I was a bit nervous using Vroom based on some of the reviews I'd read. But they had the exact car I wanted at a price that was so much lower than any others I'd found. So I tentatively started the process and I was delighted by the excellent customer service I received. I worked primarily with Marie Godwin and she communicated so well and walked me through the process from beginning to end. The paperwork process was quick and simple and once we had that taken care of, the ball was rolling and my car arrived about 2 weeks later. After the paper work process was completed, Marie handed me over to Sidney Stephens who gave me the details on the delivery process. And from there I worked with David Reyes on the final delivery phase. My biggest concern based on other reviews was the lack of communication from Vroom employees. But please know that my experience was quite the contrary. I felt that every detail of the process was communicated to me and there were absolutely no surprises. Well there was one surprise. My car was actually delivered earlier than expected. Under promise / over deliver. The car was delivered and it was in fantastic shape. It had been raining for much of the distance traveled and it was raining when I received it. But once the car was washed, it looked fantastic. No dings or blemishes anywhere. Some folks mentioned an issue with receiving their Title. I was told mine would arrive within 4-6 weeks after my car was delivered. Mine came during week 5 so it was right on time. I also received an regular updates on the arrival of my car Title. If there was an issue at one time with communication, it seems to me Vroom has taken those reviews to heart and they've made some significant changes in how they handle customers. I'm actually a customer service representative myself so I'm hyper-sensitive in this area. With that said, I have been extremely impressed with this company and I highly highly recommend them. Their prices can't be beat and I don't think you'll be disappointed at all. Be sure to ask for Marie.
