George was very helpful in my decision to buy this car, but sometimes follow through with promises were lacking. Still after a week my trade has not been paid for and the car I bought is still being advertised. They assured me there is no problem but I never saw the completion of the sale go so slow. More communication would be nice.
I wish there was a 10 star option for AX Auto. My wife and I drove from chattanooga, TN. We spend 2 days in Atlanta looking at 7 minivans, the second day we found AX Auto. We came knowing what we wanted and unlike other dealers they didn’t try to push into something more expensive or different than we had asked. Eric our salesman was both patient and considerate of our every request. He and his manager respected our wishes to think it over and 3 hours later we were able to drive off with a beautiful ( new to us) 2014 Honda Odyssey!!!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Usual bait and switch car ad. Ad stated 21k for a Ford Mustang GT but when contacted the price was 30k. Talked to a sales rep about other cars in inventory and literally every car she sent info on was priced over the budget we discussed.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.

I went to Carmax on 4th of July. The place was not super packed, so that was great. We had a little 9th month old on tow, and were nervous that it would take us all day to shop. The only thing that took a lot of time was waiting for a sales man. Apparently, the new young guys at the front were more interested in flirting (yes flirting) with each other and playing around than realizing that we needed help or just plainly asking us if we were being helped. That really bothered me, as we wasted 30 mins just sitting dumb. The front desk girl was no help.. she was the one to tell us to sit and wait and then no where to be seen. Finally someone professional and extremely courteous walked by ... the service manager. He quickly apologized for our wait, and brought along Daniel Claudio. I am SOOOOOOOOOOOooooO thankful he did. Danny was professional, kind, humble, hard-working, and just all the way a pleasure to work with. He represented Carmax the way it should be. He took the details of what we were looking for and walked us around to cars that would fit our needs. The second car (nissan pathfinder) was a recommendation from him... and that was the car we bought. Danny if you're reading this... THANK YOU! You're such a great employee and that deserves recognition.
I made an appointment for a Saturday and was told the service would take an hour and a half. It ended up to be a four hour wait. My service representative was great and apologized, but I think this was a little excessive for a routine service.
Tom and the guys at autorama were great in helping us find what we were looking for .We had been searching for something for one of our boys and Tom helped us find exactly what we wanted. The info and service we received here was exceptional! Thanks again Doug Thurmond
I stopped in at Shottenkirk HONDA I was on my way out of town when my oil light went on stating I had 15 0/0 for my oil.I pulled over google nearest dealer and it was Shottenkirk HONDA.I been going to Ed Voyles since my relocation to the area in 2015.Well let me tell you Spencer greeted me before I could shut my car door. I got the oil change and I was advised that I needed a filter because mine was dirty. I was out of there and on my way within an hours time.Sorry Ed Voyles I won’t be coming back prices are cheaper at Shottenkirk. We dealt with Austin in our experience with Don Jackson. He was a pleasure to work with. Austin took great care of us!! The dealership was very busy but ran smoothly. I will definitely look here first on our next purchase. The only negative was hearing somebody yell out Roll Tide, but I can overlook that. Lol
Again my sales lady Crystal Ward was on point. Third time and this to was a charm. After talking to a internet salesman, I told them that I only deal with Crystal. She called me and asked if I was ready to get out of my 2014 Chrysler 300 that I bought through her in Aug 2016. I said yes and she went to work. She did this while I was still at work and called me about 3 hours later and asked if I was ready to come get my new 2017 Chrysler 300. Again you came through for me and Ms. Dorothy. Thanks again for your help and the professionalism you display time and time again.

Bought a car and had to get some repairs done after 5 months of having it because it is not included with my warranty. They need to do full car inspections before they let customers drive off the lot. Il probably trade the car in after one more year.
The dealership was friendly and helpful, They were upfront with any and all details of the vehicle and they are priced to sale. Good buying experience.
