We had a very nice experience at the dealership. Cory greeted us and handed us over to Rick. Rick pulled up 3 different colors of the same vehicle so we could pick the right one and Dennis in finance did a great job explaining all our options there as well. We will definitely be back in the future.
5+ Star for Sales team. Great experience. Works well with customer. Paper handling and title/registration dept "upstairs" is AWFUL. 1 month from buying and still not received papers. False promised 3 times already saying its mailed out (outright lies). Everytime you call they have excuse for lying previous time. Now my tag expires in 3 days with no papers in hand. That's the "LEGENDS WAY" I guess..
Not only does our dealer service all our cars, they give us good prices on tires. You may find them a bit cheaper somewhere else, but not with the back up help our dealer gives us over the life of the tires.

I submitted an online request for a price after finding the yukon I wanted from DW GMC, and within minutes Teresa contacted me initiating the process. She was a pleasure to work with and after what I would call minimal hassle and back and forth, I drove three hours to complete the deal for my vehicle. Nico made sure I was comfortable in doing so and made sure there were no surprises once I arrived. Anthony completed the paperwork and made sure my new vehicle was in perfect condition, detailed and filled up with gas before I left. All in all, this was an outstanding transaction and I would recommend anyone to take their business to DW GMC!

I was interested a pre-owned Acura that the Autobarn had for sale. I had discussed the car with one of the sales managers, Jonathan, on the phone the day before, and had done my research. I called the morning of our visit and spoke to Sam to arrange a test drive. When we arrived, our salesman Sam was waiting for us, and the car was prepped for our test drive. The car was as described on their website - no surprises. We decided to purchase the car. The whole process of negotiating a sales price and valuing our trade was really easy and smooth. We never felt the pressure that is common at car dealers. Their finance person Chris got us a really good rate on our loan, even making calls to people he knows at the various local banks. We are very happy with our experience at the Autobarn.
I came there with a motive and Joshua put me all the way in the game! He got me what a wanted and didn't give up! His attitude was great! He did a awesome job making my dream car keys land in my hand. He didn't give up and that means a lot to me and as of today I'm still happy riding around in my brand new 2018 okay!!! My wife and I were considering trading in our 2 cars and only have one. I did my research and knew what my price was going to be. We dealt with Tommy Smith as our sales rep. Tommy is young and eager but not pushy. He did an excellent job taking care of us. We also dealt with Mack. He worked hard to get to a price we could both agree on. The only problem was I was NOT aware or the dealer installed options to the tune of $1288. This extra amount was VERY close to a dealer breaker. Something has to be done to inform the buyer of the dealer options sooner in the buying process. Other than that the experience was as pleasant as buying a new vehicle can be. It did take much longer than I expected to finalize the sale.
Ronnie, your sale man was very helpful and very hard working to get us in a new vehicle. Ronnie & Clint worked there magic and got us a Brand new Jeep witch no one else could, always got the same run around cant do nothing. But they did.
I went to Baker Jeep as my Grand Cherokee lease was up. Konstantin did a fantastic job making me feel comfortable through the entire purchase if my new Jeep Wrangler JL Rubicon! I absolutely AM's thrilled with it.
