I both bought and sold a car here recently. My sales associate CARLTON BOWEN was fantastic.
SOLD: They gave me a very fair price on a 2003 Honda CRV with roughly 180K miles. The process was quick and painless. You do not have to buy a car from them to sell a car to them. I had done my homework before and knew what it was worth and I was offered a price higher than Kelly Blue Book.
BUY: Buying a used car was more complicated. It took test driving many and lots of time on their website before I found one that met the very specific details I was looking for. I decided on CarMax because I did have a very specific car in mind that I had not been able to find private seller in the two plus months I'd been looking. Also, my sales associate CARLTON BOWEN was fantastic.He spent roughly a month helping me look at cars making calls to other dealerships and coordinating multiple test drives etc. I know having him as a salesperson made a huge difference. I had looked at other dealerships and was treated only like a wallet from the moment I entered. He worked hard to help me find what I needed in a car and was pleasant and respectful the entire time. Not at all the experience I had at other dealerships. With all of the hidden fees etc other places have, carmax was not more expensive. I was glad not to give my money to sketchy people at another place.

I've had the car for a week and so far am loving it. I love the way it looks and it drives - no sharp/jarring brakes or gas. Plenty of power when I need it, love the technology. The bluetooth phone pairing is really easy to set up and the audio quality is great - better than talking on the phone directly. It does a great job understanding regular speech the first time and I've not yet had to repeat a command, very intuitive. It has USB ports and regular chargers, Android Auto/Uconnect makes it easy to use all of your phone's familiar apps. I also like how you sit up a bit higher than most cars, helps with visibility. The one thing I wish it had was blind-spot monitoring. That would be helpful but overall for the price I can't complain.

The car is great. Plenty of room. USB hook ups for the kids in the back. Heated seats all around and the sterio system is great!! I love the car all around. The outside is so nice. Blue is my favorite. It has a nice look!! I recommend this vehicle to everyone!
My girlfriend and I went to this dealership after a few failed attempts at others within the same area. After we got to talking to Caleb we knew we were at the right spot. Caleb was knowledgeable and made it possible for my girlfriend to get a new car at the rate that suited her best. I???d definitely recommend coming to this dealership if you???re looking for a new car and asking for Caleb. I???m definitely going back when I???m ready to purchase my new car!

My Charger is AWD which gives me confidence driving in the variable weather conditions of Wisconsin. The 2018 model will require some homework to learn the nav system as it is linked to one's
Smartphone as opposed to having the typical buildt in nav system I'm familiar with. Very comfortable in the drivers seat, especially once it's all tweaked up.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
In the early stages of car shopping for a family-friendly SUV, we stopped by City Auto in Murfreesboro, TN while out there running errands. We were not there anticipating to purchase a vehicle that day. However, things changed.
Steven Ray, the salesman, was the first to greet us. He was not pushy, annoying, or anything like your stereotypical salesman would be in your head. He asked questions and let us talk more than he talked. He was very personable and made our experience outstanding. He provided a thorough answer to ever y question we had. If he didn't know, he made a quick phone call to get the answer we needed. He insisted a test drive in a few different models, just to get an idea of what we were looking for - even though we made it clear we weren't looking to purchase that day. (... I guess that's how they get you)
He walked us through what to expect in the buying process. Gave us little hints to get better pricing and APR.
After the sale, he called us numerous times to ensure that we were happy. A few days after the sale, a few weeks later, then a month or two down the road.
Highly recommend City Auto and especially Steven Ray.

Vehicle is very room and has plenty power, even though I got the V6 model. The infotainment center is top knotch, with a 8.4 inch touch screen.
We would like to thank everyone at Columbia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat for the great experience on October 24, 2018 when we purchased a 2018 Chrysler 300S from them. We had been dealing with our local Chrysler dealer for the last 13 years, purchasing approximately five vehicles from them. Upon visiting them, we felt as though the salesman could have cared less if he found us a car. They were not willing to work with us and we decided to move on. We received a call from Aaron Howard from the above dealership wherein he told us he had the car we were looking for. We would have had to travel 85 miles to get there but after talking with Aaron, we decided to take a trip and see what he had for us. Upon entering the facility, we were greeted by Jose Morales, who made us feel so comfortable and important. He talked with us, sat us down and contacted Aaron to let him know we were there. He always had a smile on his face. Aaron arrived with the car he was showing us and we knew it was the one. He bent over backwards to get us the deal we felt happy with. We purchased the car that night and happily drove the 85 miles home. This is the way a customer should be treated. Everyone at that dealership was outstanding....I wish I could mention all their names as they all deserve recognition. Thank you for everything and you will be our continued dealership for the future.

This car was my dream car . I love the way it drives and grips the road . It’s great on gas which was a plus for me .
We drive up and this young man came out and met us. John Wagner was a very personable man and we liked him from the beginning. We told him we would come back on Monday when we had more time to drive because we had several we wanted to drive. John was so patient with us and let us drive several vehicles so we could make up our mind. He also showed us several vehicles that we liked. The dealership was awesome. I loved the fish tank. Once inside we were treated as if we were the only ones there by all. They all went above and beyond to help us make our purchase. I will certainly recommend Rocky Williams dealership. They are a Christian orginazition and it shows. Thank you John Wagner and all that helped.

Overall car is a soso for price inside very simple for price Pretty hefty price tag I say for something with so low quality interior minus well got a Honda Accord with better mpg I have sxt 2018 average car so far reliable so far pros lots of leg room average mpg for v6 nice touch screen audio player good Bluetooth connect and usage lots of trunk space pretty good horse power for v6 it rides smooth really smooth I love that the most! Led lights /Cons braking not that great stock brakes from high speeds transmission jerks when putting in reverse that’s a for sure sign transmission going to give u problems in long run if u keep car usually happens right after 6 year mark after warranty and extended warranty to many gears jerks when hits any gear front grill to low to ground annoying pulling in and out of drive ways overall for me I give ⭐️⭐️⭐️3 stars because of price for the quality not worth 28k for sxt transmission brand new car already giving me issues in reverse if I had another change would just go with V8 at least I coukd have more power

I absolutely love my Scat Pack! I love the horsepower and all the added options make it very affordable and worth the money! It’s a blast to drive! My only issue is that it really should have come with bigger tires since the stock tires weren’t enough to get good traction.
We could not have had a better experience working with Tyler Ryan at Universal Kia. From the initial call, to driving away in a new (used) car, it was as painless as it possibly could be. Tyler was friendly, patient, he listened, did what he said he would do, and was honest. He worked around our schedule and never pressured us with the ???car sales tactics??? most of us have become accustomed to when car shopping. I would have no problem recommending him to anyone I know.

It will take a week to get your car looked at because they are so busy, but they fixed my truck quickly and properly with daily updates. Great service. And I highly recommend buying the 2-3 year warrenty. I'm very very thankful I did.
