Hello, Just wanted to say thank you to Dave, Alex, Big Andrew and Little Andrew for an Amazing experience at LE Dodge Ram Jeep after a very bad experience with Lake Chevy I was promised a truck Chevy did not have. So at LE Dodge Ram Jeep the team was great I ended up with the Power House truck of all trucks to pull my 2018 Jayco WhiteHawk- now I have the Ram Power wagon 4x4 Hemi and I could not be happier it has everything a chevy does not have and then some- Great Customer Service and they worked with me to be at my budget - as a Retired Navy Veteran it's great to see how they care for customers and Veterans " Bravo Zulu" well done - Joe Andersen USN Ret.
Although the car we wanted didnt work out, the customer service was excellent. MARCUS is a STAR! He should be in management. I have brought many mercedes in the past. Carmax is turning the tide when it comes to purchasing vehicles. The best thing to do when you buy any car is to take it to another mechanic, and then bring it back to the place to be fixed within the warranty period. The Truck I purchased from them a year ago had a few issues but they did take care of it and I've not have any problems since. Carmax has set the bar high for purchasing returning and anything to do with cars. BRAVO!
I had to make an appointment for my 2016 Dodge ram to take care of a couple of recalls I also schedule to have it serviced and replace the windshield wiper blades. I ran into a couple of small problems which I was working with Jessica Gonzalez and she handled it with the utmost professionalism I would gladly work with her anytime thank you for letting me commend her for a job well done sincerely Russell W camp.
Drove down from l.A. to look at used vehicle after being treated like “they thought I was an idiot” at other dealerships. I had purchased a vehicle and made a trade at Crystal eight years ago when we had a home in the desert. Great experience and great deal. Salesman was great and they went out of their way to be courteous and fair.
I previously went to a Chrysler dealership by my home and was treated like crap. I found the truck on Cars.com contacted Ralph and he treated me great. Everything we discussed over the phone was exactly what happened. Thank you for being a great person and a man of your word.
Best car buying experience yet...and we have bought several over the years. Went to just look at a couple new ones and ended up with a great used Jeep Liberty Renegade. Had emailed Peter beforehand that we were coming in. He was busy with another customer so Ernie helped us out. They were so busy that day they called in an extra finance guy to help get everyone going. The sales and finance people we dealt with were great. Highly recommend Crystal Chrysler!
I got my 2017 124 Spider Lusso from Fiat USA of Palm Springs, the Fiat dealer associated with Crystal Chrysler. These cars are hard to find right now as they just came in and finding one equipped as I wanted with in the color combination in Southern California was not an easy task with many dealerships playing around with "Market Pricing". Steve Montoya of Fiat USA of Palm Springs quoted me the price via email which was thousands less then other dealers and even $600 less than the next best dealer. Their pricing was straight sticker less the factory rebate. It was well worth the drive east to Cathedral City over going west to Orange County or Los Angeles. Ernie Sandez was there to make delivery because Steve was taking care of other business. There was no messing with pricing from the time I got the email on Wednesday until I took delivery on Friday. The time at the dealership was relatively quick but there was a little bit of a wait to get things done with the "Finance Manager", Leighton "Lee" Malcolm but he was busy with another deal. The time in finance took about 45 minutes and went quite smoothly. I was pre-approved with a letter stating so from my CU but still had to go through credit check which I did not want to do to avoid the hit on my credit but this was the only way they'd do it, not even wanting to call the CU to verify. I was soft sold the extended warranty and "Desert Protection" was offered but not at all pushed. Even though this and the "Market Demand" increases were on the dealer sticker on the windshield they took these "extras" off without any hassle unlike other dealers that haggle about that sort of stuff. All in all, These guys are straight shooters and easy to deal with and make the car buying experience as pleasurable as it can be.
I particularly appreciated the call from my service advisor, Brian Harvey, mid afternoon to let me know that a part needed would not arrive until Wed or Thur. This enabled me to have the use of my Jeep for the balance of that day (and the days while awaiting the part). EXCEPTIONALLY THOUGHTFUL AND PROFESSIONAL!
I was amazed by this service dept. They were quick to do an oil change and a recall on my Dodge Ram 1500. 60 minutes is pretty fast service. I was expecting a 2-4 hr visit.
Redlands Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram has earned my loyalty. I'll be there again when the next oil change and tire rotation is due.

After driving a Dodge Caravan for 22 years I decided it was time for a new car so I picked the Chrysler Pacifica with all the bells and whistles. The salesman, Daniel Rios, was helpful and got me just the car I wanted. There a couple of very minor problems with the car (I had ordered a spare tire and it did not come with the car) that the dealership took care of immediately. I would recommend them highly.
I have had two different Jeeps serviced here for many years and have been completely satisfied. The service reps are very knowledgeable and go the extra mile to provide excellent service. They have always made sure that the correct woek was done at every visit and have never suggested that I needed something which wasn't needed. I would not consider taking my Jeep anywhere for service or maintenance.
