I worked with Sherm, who was so down to earth and honest. He took the time to get to know me, and treated me like family. He asked questions to determine exactly what the right vehicle was going to be for me, and stayed within my price range. What I love about him is that he isn???t a shmoozy salesman, trying to pressure you into anything. He just listened and did the research to find my dream car. He was available by his cell phone at all hours to answer any questions I had, and never once made me feel stupid. This is the kind of dealer you want to work with when buying a car. I wasn???t expecting to walk out of there with a brand new Jeep Cherockee!
The sales team is easy to work with and seem genuinely interested in making sure you drive away with the right vehicle for your needs; not just the most expensive vehicle you can afford (like some other dealers). They're more than fair on trades and actively help you find the right combination of rebates and financing options to save you the most money. I drove an hour and a half to go to this dealership. I bought a Jeep Compass yesterday and I was completely pleased with my experience and everyone I met there from Mike the internet guy, Joe my salesman and Frank in finance, everyone was awesome.
Just bought a 2018 Jeep Wrangler through Sam Leman of Peoria. We had the pleasure of working with Tim Cannon for a second time. Polite and courteous as always. He had our vehicle transferred over from Sam Leman in Morton. We were in and out quickly and easily. Will definitely be back as long as Tim Cannon is there!
Loved Patrick he was wonderful. Narrowed down to what we wanted and the price extended was same dealer discount as one on line. Asked if we bought 2 cars (one used but still a total of 65 or so K) if better deal. Answer was no. Got finance offer of 9.8. Asked for better. Came back after running our credit w offer of 4.9.still Not great. We have excellent credit. Enter finance manager. Basically asked what he could do for us. Pretty clear we wanted better finance rate. Attitude of him was just brutal. Patronizing and rude. Unfortunately after 5 min of dealing w him we left the dealership w a sour taste and a disappointed daughter. Felt badly for Patrick as he was fantastic.
Purchased a new RAM 2500 truck from Withnell a few months back. Buying process was a breeze and they took good care of me from start to finish. Shout out to Trevor in sales for his excellent customer service and lack of sales games. Brought the truck in for its first service and the service department took great care of me as well. Would recommend this dealership.
Car shopping can be a hassle. I saw this 300c online for a good price. An almost unbelievable good price. We had an appointment in Walnut Creek so we stopped by to see the car. My husband wasn't expecting much because of the price of the car. The car was beautiful. Justin Potthoff was our salesman and he made the whole buying a car experience a good experience. Everything went very smooth. All of the staff are very friendly. The finance manager, Alberto Fletes, didn't even try to pressure us into buying add ons, no pressure! Very nice place.
Ryan Macoy went above and beyond to make our dream come true. He treated us with dignity and respect. He did everything possible to get us what we wanted with us not having the best qualifications. They treated us like family. I will drive 4 hours again and refer him to everyone I know. We will never go to anyone else. Thank you so much Ryan
