We recently were looking for my 16 year old daughter a car. She began researching Southwest Car Agency and found so many cars to choose from. We finally went there and the first car we got into was sold the minute we sat in it but happy endings. She found one almost next to it. Her dream car. Extremely loaded for the right price. The process was so easy and quick. The agency was extremely helpful and easy to work with. We would recommend Southeast Car Agency to anyone. Loved the experience and will buy all my future cars from them.
My husband and I drove from St. Augustine to look at a truck. Although we could not come to an agreement on the price Thomas was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Dealership was clean and fruelndly staff. Thanks for taking the time for us.

The Salesperson, Tom, was great to deal with. He went to bat for us. The Finance person was exactly opposite. He told us that he checked with our CU and they refused. WRONG! That Finance man got us a very high interest rate with our Very high Credit Scores. Go figure. We re-financed at same Credit Union the man said refused us....for MUCH lower interest rates. Lower payment and less time. The CU let us know they were never contacted by the dealer for us. Ally (former GMAC) that had the high rate was paid off even prior to our first due payment. We even cancelled the total insurances the Finance man sold us... and he was not happy about that. Again, Sales person was fantastic!
Derek is awesome!! He helped us find the perfect truck! The price was a little high so we had to go home and think on it over night, he called us the next day and had an amazing price drop for us. He definitely knows how to use the right words to make a sale. I will definitely be a returning customer in the near future! The experience at Garber Automall is always fantastic! Friendly and Knowledgeable staff are always top notch with a low pressure approach to the car buying experience. They are there to help in your decision, not pressure you into something just for a car sale. Business as it should be.. I recently purchased a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee from the Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep/Ram building at Garber Automall. The sales manager Frank and our salesman Moose were awesome and made the whole process very pleasant and easy. Straight forward approach with no B.S... My kind of people.. I first noticed the inventory of Ram trucks at this dealership online and with the factory discounts I felt compelled to take a closer look considering my Ram was a 2010 model. I found the Ram I was interested in and made the trip to Garber after talking to "Moose" (sales representative) on the phone. From the start Moose showed a willingness to put the customers interest at the forefront. Knowledgeable in his approach all my questions were satisfactorily answered. Moose was extremely accommodating to me and I will definitely recommend him to anyone that I hear is looking for Ram/Dodge vehicle. GREAT JOB!
brought my truck in for an oil change. the service was done in a reasonable time. I was disappointed that my oil sensor was not reset yet again. the last time it was reset was January 2016 and I have had my oil changed several times since then. my monthly report keeps saying I am pass due service even though I just had it done 2 weeks ago.
