Overall I was satisfied I feel right at home no you're greet me with with open arms so to speak so I would like to take the time to think the owner of the dealership and I pray that you keep that practice customer service very important courtesy the lightness and kindness will take you a long ways so I think you for transaction that went so smooth miss my prayer do y'all continue to do good
This delaship gave us the wrong car with the incorrect VIN. After driving around for two weeks with the wrong car the dealership told us we needed to bring in the car we were driving for a swap and they would give us the correct car. They said they would call back with an appointment time. After waiting 24 hours to hear anything back when I called they told us it was just a paperwork switch and that we didn???t need to bring in the wrong car but that it would be switched. After talking to Tim on the phone he had an attitude about sending me the correct paperwork so I could verify that the change was made. After I insisted in the paperwork being sent to us since we live over an hour away he hung up on me without asking any personal information or where we want it sent to. We???re still constantly calling the dealership trying to figure out which car were actually suppose to have. AJ was the one who said we were suppose to pick up the new car. No one at this deal ship is communicating and they don???t care about helping you once they???ve got your money even if it???s for the wrong car. This is also after they forgot to get the down payment when we initially got the car and they had to call us to get that handled. Also when the radio started acting up on the vehicle that is still under warranty they gave us the run around between departments just to get an appointment scheduled. Update: AD was able to help us get the right car delivered to our house. He worked with us to get everything situated and ensured everything went smoothly this time. We also received a call from Jimmy Britt to also ensure that everything was taken care of. Thank you for handling our situation.
When I first dropped my car off they said give them two or three days and that cause I didn't have a warranty that they couldn't give me no loaner car. So I was fine with that but then it took five days and no car. So I couldn't go to work so I'm really disappointed on that behave.
