I noticed a SUV on their website. I went down on a Mon morning to check it out & was apprehensive since this was my first Chevrolet purchase. Bobbi Blackburn took me out for a drive & put me at ease. I had other appointments that day so I left her my info & all the work everyone dreads at a car lot was done by that evening and papers ready to sign. I have traded and bought several cars in my lifetime with varying experiences with sales people but my experience with Anthony and Mark was far beyond anything I have dealt with in the past. I have never seen two guys work so hard to get me into a nice used vehicle. In my opinion, Anthony and Mark went far far beyond the making sure I was taken care of. I could go on all day about their determination but in a nutshell--these guys were 3 levels above "awesome."
The staff at Royston showed me the true meaning of professionalism, respect for their customers, and willing to go the extra step for their customers! They made me feel right at home and so comfortable! They get business done in a very timely manner! Tony Atkins made it possible for me to get the vehicle I wanted at the price I could afford. He truly goes the extra mile! I also want to thank Jason Hollyfield for being the best salesman I have ever dealt with! He made me feel very comfortable, knowledgeable about the vehicles, and took his time to thoroughly explain everything. The staff at Royston will stay passed closing hours to make sure the customer gets what they want! I can not say enough great things about all the staff! Each and every person at Royston made me feel like family! Royston offered the best prices and had a unique variety to choose from. The vehicles are in immaculate condition! Like most dealerships that I've seen, Royston DID NOT let staff run around in the veichles that are for sale, which I truly appreciated that! Salesman was not pushy like most cars salesman and there was no back and forth haggling which I appreciate. They told me what they wanted and told me all they knew about the cars I looked at. Very helpful and timely in sales paperwork. Very satisfied with the dealership overall.
This review has been a long time coming. I have bought 3 vehicles from Steve he has always been a great person to work with and has made the vehicle purchase a relaxed with no pressure purchase. My first vehicle was a nice truck and my credit wasn't the greatest. I kept it for a year and again traded it in for something more to fit my wants. I held on to this vehicle as well and made sure to make the payment on time as laid out by the financing Steve found for me. Less than 2 years later I just bought a dream truck from Steve and am still in aaaw of this purchase. I was sure to make my payments on all my previous purchases and have ended up with A1 credit scoring . I did many other things to help my credit but I feel it is also due to my purchases with Steve, I went from a 2006 Titan to a 2007 Silverado and am now in a 2015 Silverado loaded with every option. This truck is the nicest vehicle I have ever owned and I get compliments daily on it. I will tell anyone you are buying a used vehicle so don't complain if you find issues and needed repairs. I feel Steve and the crew try their best to get quality vehicles on their lot and strive to be a great place to purchase cars. I will say the newer they are the less issues you will find so be real. I thank you Steve for being there to help me grow in vehicles your patience and desire to be a service is great. What I love the most is the no pressure attitude , to anyone looking for a place to get a used car I highly recommend Steve. Just afterward don't get on here and complain on this and that problem, you are buying used be real. I by the warranty and if your vehicle qualify's I advise to do so as well. You get em with new cars so why not used ? I sum this up with thank you Steve and I will one day hope to bring my son for his first car to you.
I had a wonderful experience purchasing my first new car, and it’s all because of an amazing team of people who go out of their way to get you everything you want in a car at the best deal. The unusual part is they make everything as fun, exciting and convenient as possible for the consumer, not themselves. Having not so perfect credit is always an issue when it comes to being able to get what u WANT instead of what u can qualify for. Not at Farris! They made sure I got every option I WANTED. My son was sick and we couldn’t make it to the lot to sign some papers so Jamie, the finance manager, came to us very close to our home just to help us. Matt worked on the loan all day until we settled on a great price for exactly what I wanted. Randall was great explaining every part of the financing. Last but certainly not least in any way, Brian! He was great! He was with me from waiting for me on the sidewalk when I pulled up on the lot, treating my whole family like his own making fresh coffee for my mom, getting drinks for my dad and showing my 3 year old son where the toys were so they would all be comfortable. He stayed with me during my test drive all the while pointing out all the options and conveniences that were a part of my new car. Even after the purchase, he sat with me and went over everything to make sure I didn’t miss any of the bells and whistles. Brian was really great! Everyone there treated us just like family. It was a wonderful experience. And the icing on the cake is when my 3 year old son got the privilege of hitting the gong to announce the purchase of our new car! He LOVED it!!
