This is the third car we bought here. Everything through the process is always easy and fast. The customer service during and after getting the car is just awesome. The personal attention we receive from all the staff is just great. We would definitely recommend this dealer.
Dealership service department does a great job theyre all very professional and nice. Some of the prices are a bit high like when shell wiper blades at $17 apiece and the price to put on new tires if we had them shipped there.

The people there are great , very kind and inviting . We had mike as are salesman he is very friendly , kind and helpful. Maryann in the finance office was also very kind and helpful with helping us make the purchase on a car for our son . Not a great experience our first visit. Told a friend from work who loves Gator. He spoke with his contact there who hooked us up with Allen. Absolutely no complaints with him. Very knowledgeable and no pressure. Definitely feel he advocated for us to get the best price.

Went to Murphy comparing Cadillac to a few other luxury vehicles. After seeing the XT5 and how it handled I was impressed. That and the way the whole staff treated made me buy right then. That was 6 months ago and both sales and service have always been friendly and helpful.
My battery was bad and just about out the door and the people in the service department did a really good job with finding the problem and gave me a good price on a new one. i have had service done before on my 2010 F150 and they have always taken care of it and me during the process so I am happy with them. May even buy a truck when they get one with the options I want
