I am an out of state buyer and ordered a Jeep Rubicon with Craig. The process was extremely easy, the price was great, and the service excellent. I sent Craig an e-mail with the options I wanted, he got back to me quickly with a very competitive price, and I made a credit card deposit over the phone. A few week later the Jeep arrived and it was just as I had ordered. There were no surprise cost additions. When I pick up the Jeep there was no pressure to purchase an extended warranty or any other options. I paid the balance with a certified check and drove away.

I was looking for a 2018 Challenger and found the very one I had spec’d for a 2019 build at the Ontario Auto Ranch. Given that I live in Washington, I found the car via a web search. I had found another in Michigan, but they told me they don’t sell out of state. Shortly after I expressed my interest on the Auto Ranch website, I was contacted by Charlie Gonzalez. There was no pressure, the listed price was fair and a reasonable deal with no hassle. I was travelling to Ontario for a family matter and made the deal for a week later.
Charlie collected me at the Boise airport and about two hours later we concluded our business. The atmosphere at the Auto Ranch is laid back and comfortable. The facilities, it is an older building, formerly a Cadillac dealership and I think possibly a Buick dealership prior to that, are not shiny and new, but Charlie and Caleb were easygoing and made the process of buying a car easy and hassle free.
Mr. Donicht was a great salesperson. Mark is the only salesperson I will deal with in the Steve's Hometown Dealership group. He knows I have MAJOR issues with the Owner of the Hometown Group, Mr. Steve D.
This was the second time he has sold me an automobile. My first vehicle was a used Ford Bronco purchased after my relocation southwestern Idaho in 1995.
In 2018 i realized my Honda driver's seat sat too close to the ground. I started shopping for a replacement auto. I spotted on the Cars site, a Toyota Avalon. I did the research online and then tried to see it at the lot. I was unable to locate the car on the lot Hometown claimed it was located. Their website kept me driving in circles. I had all but given up on locating the car when on May 13, I drove through the Hometown dealership in Weiser. I spotted the Avalon in the back of the property. It was covered in dust and dirt. It looked like it was staged for sending to a dealer's auction. I returned on Monday the 14 and contact Mark.
I told him about a car I wanted to see that was on the website. He could not verify with their computer based system the location of that car. I shared with him where the car was located. He promptly found the car and we were headed out for a test drive. I drove north of town to include driving up a hill and return via US 95. I made an offer of what I was willing to pay. Ultimately his efforts and support consumated the deal.
Alain Alfonso was the dealer he was very professional and made the experience so easy for my daughter who was buying her first car, he made it happen for her. What an awesome place Ontario Ore
