Had a good experience at B&T this morning. The owner was able to work with us and negotiate pricing so we could walk out today paying cash. Nice guy, Straightforward and honest service. Overall it was pretty good and I'd recommend anybody to come here in the future.

Everyone was super nice and helpful!

I found a 2015 Cadillac XTS Platinum on the Lima Auto Mall website that I was interested in. Because I live 3 hours away from the dealership, I initially corresponded via email with Jason Wright. Jason was great about answering all of my questions quickly and getting me a quote for my trade in (I needed to have this information before I could commit to making the drive to the dealership). Once I got to the dealership for a test drive Jason and Robert Crist were extremely courteous. I test drove this car, and they were very understanding when I asked to test drive a new 2016 XTS Luxury model so that I could compare the two (since they had different engines/features). I ultimately decided on the 2015. I've bought many new cars over the years (this was actually my first used car) and I've been treated "not-so-great" by a lot of dealers. But there wasn't a single person at Lima Auto Mall that wasn't totally courteous and treated me with respect. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lima Auto Mall to anyone looking to buy a new or used car.

Awesome Car Buying Experience
by Shannie75 from Jefferson City, MO
November 5, 2018
5 5 5 5 5 4.9 (134 reviews)
First off, I was not going to the dealership looking for a car for myself. My husband and I were checking out a car for my sister in law who was not having luck finding a car or a dealer in the metro Kansas City area. We had talked about the possibility of buying a new to us car, but our finances are not in the best of shape due to a previous job loss. We were looking over the Nissan Murano when Anthony Pierce came out to greet us. I told him what we were doing for my sister in law and that there was no way we could get a car for us, in fact, I was waiting to be laughed off the lot! He explained to us about the dealership (we are fairly new to the area) and being family owned and told us about the process of how they do things (their financial people have enough experience to know what they can and can't do with different lenders, prequalifying, etc.). We took it for a test drive and fell in love with the car. After getting back to the dealership, Anthony took us over to his desk, and I figured, "Ok, here comes the pressure". That totally didn't happen. He really took the time to listen to us, asked us what we wanted to do and were comfortable with as far as payments, talked to the financial girl, Gemma McKenna, and came back with what they thought they could do for us. Gemma was great also. They gave us a range of about $50, a little over what we had said we wanted to pay. My husband and I wanted to take a little bit of time to talk it over, since we didn't go in with the intention of buying a car. Anthony offered to let us take the car with us to lunch even. While we were gone, he and Gemma continued working on the deal for us and when we came back, Anthony greeted us with "Well, we got you an even better deal than we thought!" After it was all said and done, we got the car, a good warranty, and extra protection on both the exterior and interior of the car for $2 more than what we said we wanted to pay. I couldn't believe it. Here we were, with an awesome SUV that had a lot more options than what we ever thought we could actually get, a VERY pleasant experience, and payments that we are comfortable with. He was even going to still help us find a car for my sister in law. He took the time to find out what was important to her and contacted her over in KS to see what he could do. In the interim, she ended up finding something else up in KC, but she was very impressed with Anthony as well. I would definitely recommend both Anthony Pierce and Riley Toyota Scion. When we are in the market for something else, I am definitely coming back. Everyone has been extremely helpful and no pressure. This has been by far, the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Especially since I wasn't planning on buying a car.
A Great Truck That’s Underrated

This truck was about a year old when I bought it and it’s been a pretty solid truck. It’s had a few issues with the starter but nothing much besides that. I have the 4 door 5.9 version and it’s a pretty powerful truck for it being the smaller model. Would recommend to anyone though!

Buying used cars has never been a favorite mission for me over the years and I must admit we were sure we got a bad deal after purchasing a 2011 F250 that broke down on I-75 on way back to Ft. Lauderdale. But the “AS IS” was not the case with Grant Motors. The vehicle had been towed to our mechanic and the issue discovered was certainly nothing they could have known or foreseen. However, it was an EXPENSIVE fix and I imagined the worst but after calling Carlos he offered to dispatch a tow truck to retrieve the vehicle and give us a FULL refund! Or have our mechanic call Grant’s mechanic Randy and discuss the repair to see what could be worked out as the truck was in magnificent condition otherwise. Not only did they make it right, Mr. Grant himself followed up to make sure it was handled and I was refunded the tow charge and a $1.9k repair immediately! It’s been a few weeks now and the truck is running flawlessly…. They have our future business if ever needed and again, thank you Mr. Grant, Carlos, Randy, Jim & Sammy for standing behind the sale, the excellent follow-up and making sure we received the permanent tag…Really AWESOME

I love the truck but 3 dealers have stalled me for years by saying that they will notify me when they get the parts. Why buy something that no dealer wants to fix? They can't be whittling them one at a time can they? Damm POOR service if they have to pay for it!!!

2013 Honda Odyssey purchase experience surprises
by Luke Pavlick from South Bend Indiana
November 5, 2018
5 5 5 5 5 4.8 (413 reviews)
My recent purchase of a 2013 Honda Odyssey, as a birthday gift for my wife, and the purchase process was full of surprises or more appropriately a surprising lack of surprises. Like many who will read this I have purchased many vehicles overs the years and have had my fill of hidden flaws, blemishes and, undisclosed mechanical issues while shopping far a new car not to mention some of the unsavory sales tactics one must endure in what can be called "the car buying circus". My recent purchase from RiverTown Honda was quite surprising by the simple lack of surprises. After researching on several websites we were able to find the model we wanted and at cars.com I was able to locate the exact vehicle that would meet out needs with the options and history we were looking for. After a few emails, I spoke with them over the phone and worked out the numbers from a distance as I live over 100 miles from their location. I made the 2 hour drive and I arrived at RiverTown Honda earlier than the agreed upon time and even though, it was a busy Saturday morning in their service department I was greeted promptly and courteously and directed to Tony Grahl whom I had spoken with earlier in the week. That's when the surprises started. The vehicle I was there for was still in the detail bay but, we went to see it and give it a once over visual inspection, it passed, surprisingly everything was exactly as advertised with no blemishes or unseen door dings or anything I was not expecting. Once the detail was complete I was given the keys for a test drive and a brief explanation of the best route to take and I was off. I wasn't test driving a some new sportscar or exotic so, in reality, it wasn't a rush of excitement or adrenaline but, it drove out nicely, all of the features and optional equipment worked as designed and I was again surprised that there were no issues to be found. Then it came to the paperwork in the business office and again, they were surprisingly, straight forward and offered none of the typical car dealer add on pressure and shenanigans which are all to common when you are purchasing a vehicle. After all was said and done and I was driving my wife's new Odyssey home I found my self thinking "wow, no drama, no issues and surprisingly no surprises or stress" I can and will highly recommend RiverTown Honda and their entire crew, especially, Tony Grahl. Thank You very much for helping me achieve the cliche' "Happy wife = Happy Life"

Awesomely helpful sales and service department. They have gone above and well far beyond to help me from start to finish of my purchase of a 2014 Ford Flex. They have taken care of me in every way I could possibly imagine. They were their with me through the entire sales process and helping me learn my new vehicle. Since I bought it they have helped me in every way they can. They are awesome people and I have recommended them to several of my family and coworkers. Out of all the dealerships I have been to over the years they make me feel like I matter to them and I am not just a sales number or a low live. If you are considering a new or used car these guys well and deserve your business.

I guess I’m a Dakota kind of guy as I’m on Dakota number three... My current Dakota is a 2007 which I bought used and have owned since 2011 I have never had any serious problems with any of the trucks as I kept them reasonably maintained (not perfectly). My truck is used as my primary source of transportation as well as to move loads and pull trailers. I’ve never been let down by any of my dakotas particularly my 07,V6-3.7

Good experience with both my visit and follow up by staff. Met with Kasey, Felix (Sales Rep) and Robert (part owner) and test drove vehicle. They were very friendly and low key. Vehicle was beautiful and very fairly priced. Ultimately went with same model, but 1 year newer and lower miles from another dealer. They have a lot of very beautiful and rare vehicles at Discovery.

Just bought it. Used w/ 38,000 mi. It is what I was looking for. Seems to be fully capable for my needs. Size was a BIG consideration. Full size pickups are simply TOO big. Trade off between used Dakota and new (other) mid-size pickups is cost. If the Dakota was still being made -- essential the same as it was in 2011 which was last year for the Dakota -- I would have been looking at a new Dakota. Good all-around multi-purpose vehicle.

We traded in our hummer for this brand new. It has the 3.90 rear gear ratio, so its great for towing. Overall, it been a fantastic truck, never had any problems what so ever. The only real complaint I have about it is the fuel mileage, its terrible. The 3.7l v6 is a gutless pig. Dodge could have done so much better with this motor that what it currently does for this model year. We love the body style of the 2011, it has a much bigger stance on the outside than it does on the inside. The CD player took a crap at 105,000 miles. I would recommend this truck to anyone that is not buying it for a performance value. It will seat 4 adults comfortably on a long trip. The controls are easy to get to as well as the dash cluster is easy to see. Fuel mileage and power are the only draw backs. 15-17 average even on the highway.

Purchase of a used 2015 Toyota 4Runner Limited
by Brad in WR from DealerRater.com
December 3, 2018
5 5 5 5 5 4.9 (2166 reviews)
NW Motor Sports has a reputation for having lifted trucks and competitive prices. This was my first visit. While I wasn't interested in a truck or anything lifted, I was interest in a 4Runner that they had priced aggressively. I got a recommendation for a salesman from a buddy and dealt with Kevin primarily. I let him know I was interested in a specific vehicle. I didn't need him to be "sold" on the vehicle and model, just needed to see it, drive it and talk money. Kevin was respectful of both my time and specific needs. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. We didn't meet on price on the initial visit, but both he and Chris were able to explain why there price was what it was and provided facts to back that up. We eventually did come to an agreement after my visit. Kevin respected my preference for communication (text) and overall it was an excellent experience. They good quality vehicles, are very transparent about their pricing and service model. Even the experience doing paperwork with their Finance department was a breeze. If you want no pressure and know what you want, Kevin is a great guy to deal with.

I have owned three different Dakotas. All three of them we're extremely reliable and The Styling can't be beat. My 2001 had the 4.7 engine and it was a beast. My 2008 Dakota is absolutely beautiful. It has the 3.7 liter engine, which seems to do pretty good.

EXCELLENT People To Deal With!

I've been thinking about how to write this review without making it too long. There is just no way around it. It might be a little long.. I'm a retired senior citizen with a limited budget. My wife and I searched the internet for over two weeks researching the car we wanted in the Charlotte area. We found many but either the price was too high or the miles were. Then we thought we found it at Adams. They had a lot of good photos, we loved the color and it was a top of the line model. It had extras like leather interior, a moon roof, and a 12 speaker sound system with 360 watts of power! (I was a teen in the 70's and that thing can really put out some some great sound!) It also had low mileage and a great detailed carfax. I called to see if it was still there and it was. I told the person on the phone THAT was the car I was interested in and it had to fit my monthly budget. I told them what my monthly payment could not exceed and if I drove there to see it I needed to know it fit my budget. The next morning I got a call telling me they could hit my number and to come on down to see and test drive it. We went down, drove it, and loved it. Of course I just knew they were going to tell me my payment would be either what I told them or a few dollars more. Not only did Jason Dunham (Sales Manager) come in and tell me my payment would be $20.00 BELOW my budgeted number, but also he gave us a 3 year 36,000 mile warranty at no additional cost! Also, our final price included sales tax and licence fees. It was raining when we I got in to drive it home. When I got home I noticed a small "scuff" on the left corner of the rear bumper. My wife said "oh let it go! it's nothing..." After I reviewed the pictures and it wasn't there I called Adams and told them "I know I took possession and took it off the lot and take full responsibility for doing that, but can you do anything?" Well, Jason told me to bring it back and they would look at it. I brought it back and Jason said"of course I will fix that". So I took it back for the repair. Since we have such a unique color car and it is 3 years old they decided if they only pained that corner there may be a problem with a perfect match. Therefore, I had to leave it overnight as they decided to paint the entire bumper! No charge to me! It is a perfect match! I have bought many new and used cars over the years but NO ONE has ever treated me with such respect as Jason, and Henry. If you are looking for a great car for a great price you need to give Adams a try. You will not regret it!

To the Owners of Maggi Motors
by Jamie from State College PA
December 3, 2018

To the owners of Maggi Motors, My name is Jamie Shivery and I have recently bought a car from your business. My sales man was Peter and Sam did the finance and Drew in the Service department all had interactions with me. I walked into your establishment at the end of January in hopes of finding a new car, but my hopes were not very high due to my credit issues. I was, at that time, paying on a car in my ex-husbands name, which of course wasn’t helping my credit at all. Peter asked what I was looking for and the price range we wanted and he showed us the 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander. We instantly fell in love with it and knowing it had 3rd row seats, in our minds it was sold. Well Sam worked his magic and I was driving away in my, just MY, new car a couple days later. This is the first car that I bought on my own. It’s an AMAZING feeling. I have your staff to thank for that. They never once treated us like we were a pain or wasting their time. They were sensitive to my credit issues and didn’t make me feel like I was second class. They made me feel like I was the only one there and that I was as important to them as someone that came in to buy the showroom Bentley! (Which I tried to convince Peter to sell to me for $15K, HA HA HA) My point being your staff and establishment was amazing and so professional when needed, but yet down to earth as well. When we were closing on the car, my boyfriend was outside drooling over one of the black Dodge rams in the parking lot, and Todd just went right up and starting chatting with him. To me, that speaks volumes that he is also down to earth and just because he owns the dealership, he isn’t afraid to talk to a potential customer and is one hell of a nice guy. Fast forward a couple days, I contacted Peter, because I heard a tapping noise in the engine. He assured me that those kinds of engines often make that noise, but for my piece of mind, he had me bring it in to the service department. I walked in and one of the mechanics greeted me very nicely and Drew was so understanding and willing to help any way he could. I dropped my car off and Drew pulled the big ol boat loaner car around for me to drive and explained things in the loaner car. Around 3 Teresa called (so very polite by the way) and said my car was ready and when I pick it up they are going to see if we are hearing the same noise. So when I picked it up, Drew came out and listened with me and explained that the noise is normal and explained why it was making that sound. He was wonderful in helping and not talking down to me or making me feel stupid because I don’t know these things. I know that working with the public is not always easy and usually people find complaining a lot easier than writing a compliment, but I wanted to let you know that you have such outstanding staff working for you. I wanted to say thank you so very much to each and every one of you that helped me. You have no idea what you have done for me, in helping me achieve one of my dreams in owning my own car. Thank you all so very much. I really truly appreciate everything you all have done!

This truck has been great for all of my needs. It comfortably seats 5 people for a road trip, and has the towing capacity to boot. Overall, very useful, comfortable and reliable - I’ve never experienced a break down with this truck.

Easy process, friendly, no hard sales pitch.

We stopped into Cain Toyota with the intent of just checking out the sales on 2017 RAV4 models, as a replacement for my husband's older (second car) 2001 Lincoln LS. It (like he) was starting to show it's age (and he, like I, keep 'em until they die -- and at our age it's a toss up as to what would expire first, the husband or the Lincoln). I should note I had no interest in having (or driving) an SUV for myself; I like my Camry (it's rightsized for me). The Sales Manager greeted us within in a minute or two of entering the Showroom, and shortly thereafter introduced us to one of the Salesman, Sam Warther. Sam proved to be very personable, and more importantly knowledgeable and informative, and made us feel at ease throughout the typical back and forth exploratory discussions. My husband liked Sam right away because they both need and wear hearing aids (and apparently could read each others lips to at least catch the gist of the ensuing conversations). Subsequently the husband decided that if he were to secure an SUV (his preference) the RAV4 was a little smaller than he'd like to have for our annual winter snowbird migrations to Florida. So we test drove a Highlander Limited, which the husband liked quite well (said after being revived with smelling salts from the sticker shock - which really wasn't out of hand considering all the creature comforts that it offered). Earlier on in our conversations with Sam I had noticed had a sharp looking silver Avalon with cream color interior sitting in the Showroom (you know how is with eye-catching 'bling' and all). Long story short, my husband ends up buying the Avalon, and I got to keep my Camry too (no trade in). Haven't quite decided whether Sam's that good a Salesman, or after 53 years of marriage my husband still loves me that much. On the whole, a most enjoyable experience. I note the Service Department has been great to work with as well. No work/maintenance offered or performed that wasn't needed.
Buff Little Truck!

I just purchased my 2nd Dodge Dakota Truck. The first was the 6 cylinder, V-6 and this one is the 4.3 V-8 magnum 4wd Big Horn edition. Wow! I thought my first truck was a little work horse but I can already see I am going to love this truck even more. It is a trifle smaller than my Ram 1500 but the tow rating is about the same and will get me much better mpg. Great little truck!

Our sales person was Rose and she took us expertly through the buying process. Car was delivered very clean and we've already put a good 500 miles on it without an issue. The only issue was the car was from Canada and the owners manual was in French. Managed to find a pdf online with English.

This truck should meet our needs for getting to work for both me and my daughter if she needs a back up vehicle if hers is in the shop.

Great Service and Friendly Staff

I have had my 2014 Jeep since August 2013 and I love it. I went in and gave them a list of what I wanted, and everything on my list was received. (Actually my 3rd Jeep Grand Cherokee.) Everyone here is so helpful and friendly. I live in New Braunfels, and appreciate that Nyle Maxwell Supercenter tries to take care of my service needs promptly, and I can schedule ahead of time. There is a large dealership in my home town, but I always come to Austin. Jonathan Kasper is great to work with, and if he isn't available I still get wonderful assistance in the Service department. Keep up the good work.

Great looking truck. This truck is just what I needed. I like the styling. I like the fact that there isn't a whole lot of electronic gadgets(less stuff that can go wrong with it).

Good size, 4wd great in the snow

My Father owned a trucking company, his smaller trucks were always Dodge, he said they outlasted all the others 3 to 1. The Dakota has been a really good truck, sized right mid-size. I am sorry to learn they stopped making them. Big enough for 4 adults, easy to park and navigate and fits well in a standard garage, adequate space in the cab so my big-guy hubby is comfortable. Has been very good in the snow with the 4WD, we also put some weight in the back. Reliable, good gas mileage with the 6-cyl. Very unhappy to learn of the buyback as I hate to see it go, but in 4 year it has held it's value well.

great experience. wish I was buying another!

A little background….. never purchased a Dodge of any type… always been a Tundra proud owner. Tundra was recently totaled by a driver who was more focused on eating than driving and rear ended it when he panicked and slammed the accelerator instead of the brakes (true story) We went shopping right away as I needed to truck for the business. Shopped at Ford, Toyota (I did mentioned I’m loyal to Tundra, not necessarily to all Toyota products though), GM and Chevy. We stopped by John Johnson and fell in love with the ’18 power wagon. Sent emails to each dealer regarding the model I saw in their respective lots. I want to be clear… sent same body of message to each with only changing the line where I detail the make/model I wanted best pricing and please not to waste my time. ONLY John Johnson provided an OTD price! (Out the Door) and it was lower than I expected. Email with sales manager (Sandy Keiper) were escalated to her sales manager (Jeff Bash) without my request! Drove to meet them as they were already in the ballpark of what I was willing to pay for this vehicle NO ONE SITS IN A HIDDEN OFFICE! THIS IS A FIRST FOR ME after purchasing vehicles for over 38 years!!! Right there I requested yet another obscene price drop and both the sales manager and the GM (Scott Meshulam) do not question my request, but immediately begin going over what and where they can pull the difference!!! Please understand my background is in Comp Sci and Mathematics so I had already pulled the sheet on this particular truck with all the options and the price they had originally quoted was what I would get if I purchased it from the factory floor!!!! And yet they dug deeper! The professionalism and just plan “X Factor” on how this group deals with you as a person just turned me into a MOPAR for LIFE provided I can purchase from these 3 people! That pretty much says it all Giancarlo and Sherrie Paolillo
Long time coming

I took almost two years to find this model and year Dakota with low miles. OK the fuel mileage ain't the best, but coming from a 3/4 ton 4x4 and a Jeep with awd, its not so bad. Interior is well laid out and super comfortable. It feels very firmly planted & secure on the road. Crew cab allows for easy access both front and rear. The 4.7 v8 is the newest version of the other 3 vehicles in the family and feels the best overall. Wish Dodge was going to produce a 2016 like the rumors lead me to wait.
