This was my first time and Paramus Jeep and I can say that it will not be my last. As soon as I walked into the dealership I was greeted by Jay the sales manager and introduced to Jerome the salesman. Right away they explained all possibilities I had to keep me within my monthly payment limit. Numerous times throughout the process Jay stopped over to insure it was going smoothly. Jerome expedited the process knowing I had limited time to complete the purchase and I cannot be more happy about my new Jeep. I want to thank Jay and Jerome for making this the easiest vehicle purchase I've ever experienced!

All across the country, Dodge Darts are having issues like mine where they consume way too much oil too quickly and take engine damage. Dodge seems to know this, stopped making them in 2016, and then are replacing engines buy not letting anyone take them apart to see what is causing the issues. I have 2 Dodge Dart 2015s, but only one is consuming 6 quarts of oil in 5,000 miles with no leaks.
Bobby made our car buying experience a breeze. From the very first conversation to the time we closed the deal he was very transparent and willing to work with us. We live in CT and discussed our needs by phone and when we arrived, he had already lined up all the paperwork and things were just as we had discussed and agreed to. Howie was equally friendly and professional as we signed all the paperwork. We could not have asked for more! Thank you Bobby and Howie.

There's definitely something wrong with the fuel system it jerks...the motor mounts are bad, the bottom of the car is falling apart, the automatic grill shutters are done, and this car is only 3 years old, it rides so rough even with oil changes current...im stuck in a horrible car deal.

My wife owned a Dart and she put a lot of miles on it in a short period of time. We recently bought her son a Dart as a college graduation gift in hopes that he would get the same sort of use out of his iteration of the car. His is a little less punchy than hers was (different model) but it still moves quickly, looks stylish, and has the same loud motor/exhaust, which can be aggravating, but he's a 21 year old kid...
It was nice to get beyond the dickering that one is always subjected to from car salespeople. Buying from the comfort of home was nice.
It’s not the most reliable, but the most I like.

As a student, it fits all my needs. Big trunk could pack at least 2 full-size suitcases. And I can fold back seats to make trunk bigger. It’s totally amazing!
I like the sound of engine. Sometimes it sounds like a beast when fierce drive, and sometimes it’s a puppy when I drive normally.
This is my first car, I never thought it could be so impressed!

I love this car it saves on gas, it it has plenty of space and leg room. The ride very smooth I am really satisfied with this car.
I drove all the way from Westchester County to LIC to buy a car from this dealership after the Mitsubishi in the Bronx told me they couldn't help me. After a couple of hours the entire staff had me driving away with a new car and the price I was happy with paying. The staff was amazing and very cordial.
I would definitely go back to this dealership!

Sad seems so many have had so many problems that Dodge won't step up to the plate and admit they are defective....
We have one in the family and like others right around 20, 000 miles major stalling problems began.
A Dodge dealer kept guessing because they couldn't figure it out.
Good news if you have one , seems THE MAIN COMPUTER on these cars fail . Maybe now some will know and get Dodge to finally fix their car...
I worked with Kyani and Hugo today and they were extremely pleasant. My girlfriend will be in on Sunday to buy a car from them.

For a vehicle that's over 3 years old I wasn't expecting much. Especially in the way of included features. But the vehicle has surprised me with how it drives and how it does on MPG. The performance doesn't quite match the amount of noise it can make, but it's been very good to me so far. I picked up the Rallye edition. Which is a dumb spelling but it comes packed with just about all the features that the Limited edition of the '15 Dart came with. Including Bluetooth, Backup Camera, Heated seats, and improved suspension. I'm getting just about 30 mpg combined city and hwy. I'd like for it to actually have the amount of horsepower that it thinks it has with the loud muffler noise that comes with it at times but it's not that bad. I can't comment on reliability long term yet as I've only had it for a month but it's worked great so far. I'm going to be wary of how it performs once I start to get up there in miles but I don't expect it to happen for awhile.
Greg P was the best car salesman ever. Ray from the finance / account manager area was extremely kind, caring and took his time to explain everything to me. This was probably my best car purchasing experience ever.
