This car has met and exceeded my expectations. I have become a Dodge fan and have no regrets. In comparison to other vehicles of this style, I feel it’s a true value.
They were very polite and helpful allowed me to just look and ask questions. No stress or pressure. When it came time to go over numbers they were low pressure and got straight to the point.

All I needed luxury power space comfort beautiful looking great ride has mileage not great but what do you expect from power this the best car I bought for the buck. Willing to trade it in for a 2018 model.
It was nice to get beyond the dickering that one is always subjected to from car salespeople. Buying from the comfort of home was nice.
It's almost 2019 and nothing out there is better..

Best SUV hands down! Only others that can compare maybe the Mazda CX-9 and luxury manufactures Mercedes,BMW,Audi,etc.... I usually trade every 3 to 4 years but just not ready yet. This 2015 Citadel still excites the whole family so....why trade.

The Durango is great, spacious and very comfortable for everyone of all ages....hasn’t given us any trouble and I think it excelled our expectations !

We needed a vehicle with enough power to pull our trailer and have enough interior room for an electric scooter. Does what it has to do. There is very little storage in the front console and the paddle shifters and phone/uconnect buttons need a way to shut them off because I am always hitting one or the other while doing my initial turn out of the drive in reverse.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
Enough space for an SUV but not huge either.

This was what I decided to purchase for my vehicle when searching for mid-size SUV's. Compared to the ford Explorer and other similar brands/models, this has the most bang for the buck.
Oliver has helped us with 4 purchase over last 5 months. He truly considers and fulfills customer needs and satisfaction over his own commission gains. He does not try to sell something that gives him the highest benefit but only what is best for customer. He takes the time to research all possible solutions.
American Made has more meaning now

My over all opinion is that it's a great vehicle. Performance is the key factor in my opinion, then comes style, and then of course the ergonomic factor. I can still turn heads when I'm sitting next to the upper class of SUV's as a result of the vehicles sleek design and strong engine rumble while sitting in a parking lot or at a stop light. I'm also a big fan of technology, so this vehicle is pretty impressive in that arena. The sporty interior adds to my winning attitude towards my life. There's also a lot of other reasons why I'm really digging this vehicle, but there isn't enough space for me to jot them all down here. As a former Range Rover Sport owner, I'm quite impressed with my current choice of SUV.

I was originally supposed to drop my car off in the afternoon, but because I needed an alignment, Collin recommended I bring it in earlier to make sure everything was properly taken care of. He set up a shuttle for me to get to and from work, and my driver Colette even made an additional run to bring my work bag (which I had left in my car), down to me at my office downtown. Excellent job guys!
The employees are awesome! They worked out a price for me in the car I REALLY REALLY wanted, and that alone made me feel a lot more comfortable. I was actually praying that they were not going to tell me, "Sorry, we can't give you a better price but, we can put you in a different car." No one wants to hear that, especially if you have your heart and mind made up on specific one. The sales professional that helped me went out of his way to get me the car and knew a lot about the car I was buying. Thanks for making it fun and easy to buy a car.
They are easy to work with but do require some research on the customers part to get the best possible deal. The folks at west hills are good people and don???t use heavy pressure when selling a car.
