The dealership was fantastic overall. I worked with Charles Van Horn. He was great, very accommodating and laid back. Lane in finance was very difficult to work with, however. A simple task ended up taking several weeks, his communication and service was extremely poor. That is the only reason the review isn't 5 stars. I will probably go back for my next vehicle because of how great everything else was though.

Best car I've ever owned, and I've owned quite a few personally as well as company vehicles. This car is simply the best and I plan on keeping it a very long time.

I love my 2016 dodge durango.. I also loved my 2015 chevy equinox.. look people i was going to sunset auto thinking that they won't trade in my car because I owe too much but holly Molly here i am with a beautiful car.. I would have been good if they said no but sunset worked with me and done did the deal.. awesome crew over there at Sunset chevy auto dealership in lompoc ca... My dodge durango is powerful and roomy. I can get my dj equipment in there and do gigs now ... the color is a beaut too . Thank to everyone there at sunset for both cars I got from them.. sales department, the financial department, service department all of you are just awesome...

Was perfect for our growing family! Only sold it because i was given a car for work. Plenty of room for a family of 4 plus a dog and luggage. Plus i am 6'6!

This is a great car for the family.. very spacious ... safe if you have kids and not as economical as I wish but not as bad as other SUV.

We just bought a 2022 Chevy Equinox from them and got a great deal. We traveled over an hour to check out this dealership and I'm glad we did. I have to dismiss all the bad jokes about used car salesmen. I met an extraordinary salesman, Joe Murphy, at Paris Motors, Inc., who proved the jokes wrong. I was in the market for a van and hoped on getting something affordable and soon for a trip out of town. Another dealer had one lined up, but it was sold before I could get to the shop - stuff happens. So back to Carfax and found one with less miles in Grand Rapids. I contacted Paris Motors and spoke with Mr. Murphy. The van was available. I went through credit approval, got it, then on to my AAA agent for insurance, got it, then made the one-hour drive to Grand Rapids and met with Joe. We talked, saw the van, gave a test drive, and my wife and I signed the paperwork. All this within 24 hours! Mr. Murphy was efficient, personable, and knowledgeable throughout the process. I have never before purchased a vehicle with such ease in my life (and I'm not young). WOW - I can highly recommend Paris Motors, Inc. as a dealer of care and quality, and kudos to Joe Murphy.

Toyota of Batavia gave me a pleasant email requested if I had any answers give them a call. I have a 2016 Buick Enclave. Unfortunately I don't think they could get the payments down to what I desire so I decided not to call. But great truck I wish I could have a great day😊
