From the time I pulled up I was greeted with smiles and welcomed. The salesman was very informative and helped me pick out the best vehicle for my needs and that fit my budget. I had a wonderful experience from the greeting to signing the final papers.
I went in and explained what I wanted and was willing to pay. There was very little haggling and I left with exactly what I intended to get close enough to my initial price. This is the third vehicle I have purchased with them and will probably not be the last.
Buying a car from here was the best experience I’ve ever had! I have been taken advantage of in the past, but from the moment I spoke to my salesman Kelvin it was different. This was the first time I felt like I wasn’t being taken advantage of and the whole process was fast, but without me feeling rushed or pressured! I was originally supposed to drop my car off in the afternoon, but because I needed an alignment, Collin recommended I bring it in earlier to make sure everything was properly taken care of. He set up a shuttle for me to get to and from work, and my driver Colette even made an additional run to bring my work bag (which I had left in my car), down to me at my office downtown. Excellent job guys!
Made my appointment on-line, arrived on-time and 45 minutes later my car was ready to go. Doing regular maintenance to the car is something I usually postpone because is inconvenient and a hassle, but this dealership takes away any barriers to make sure my car is taken care of. Thank you Roberto
Courteous, informative about what might need to be done at next visit, and efficient service, out sooner than expected! Would love to have some Saturday availability in the future, maybe once monthly for clients as I work full time M-Friday and had Friday after Thanksgiving off well in advance that's how I was able to get in for my service.
I liked how our salesman Travis handled the sale of our Jeep Cherokee we just bought. He listen to what options I really wanted and did not over sell me but knew a lot about the car. I did not think I would have walked out of the dealership with a 2019 Black Jeep but it had what I wanted and think the price was fair. I went in their thinking of getting a better deal on a 2018. Everyone went out of their way to help me make getting this new van possible. I did not come prepared with the right documents to buy a car as I was there for an oil change. They changed I just look to a reality.
