I had a positive impression when I walked into the showroom. My salesperson was Mr. Joshua Duplechin. He was very professional and polite, and not pushy in trying to make a sale or steer me towards another type of vehicle. There were a couple things, however, that soured me on what was otherwise a good purchase. I specifically asked in an email if the vehicle had blind spot detector features, and if the mileage was still accurate from the website. I was told yes to both questions. I think at this juncture, it would've been the perfect opportunity to be up front about the true features and the mileage (7 miles as mentioned on the web site is quite different from the actual 272 miles on the car upon seeing it in person). The sale may or may not have been made, but I think it would've been honest customer service to have been provided this information in order to help me make a decision of this magnitude prior to making the drive out there and finding out otherwise (maybe naïve to think this). The 5.95% auto financing (despite outstanding credit) and a $500 trade-in!! I won't go there. Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase. I could've provided higher ratings, but I think more focus should be put on "truth in advertising" and not anything that will get the customer in the showroom.
Brian went above and beyond in finding and locating the exact Jeep I wanted. He took the time to show me things on the Jeep and also called me after the purchase to make sure everything was good. I would definitely buy another vehicle from him

I had a scheduled appointment for service this morning and was greatest by the service staff with a smile, and handshake and most importantly, sense of confidence that my vehicle will be well cared for. I can't believe I was in and out in about an hour and had coffee in the waiting room as a bonus. Victor Clash always takes great care of me and my vehicle being pleasant , friendly, and most importantly, trustworthy. I ran into Brent Ivie, service manager walking into the waiting room who asked if I needed anything, wow! Thanks for such a great service experience.
John was amazing, the best experience I???ve had with a car salesman. Was not pushy and listened to my needs/wants to try and help me determine the best fit. Unfortunately I went and drive a VW Tiguan and fell in love with the new redesign and went forward with them. Nothing more John could have done but will certainly recommend John to anyone looking for a Jeep.
I came to Heritage - Owings Mills because I thought the car I wanted was at that location. I showed up and quickly learned that the car I want was not only not at the Owings Mills location, but had been sold, I was alittle upset. This is my first independent car buying experience so I was bummed but knew I would find something else eventually. Joe worked all day to find me a Jeep Compass trailhawk better than the one I wanted AND to get the payments where I need them to be able to afford it. Joe made the whole experience smooth and he was extremely knowledgeable, never pushy and very pleasant to talk to. He even went to great lengths to make sure I could afford the maintenance package that comes with the car. I hope anyone considering buying a car will visit Joe at Heritage - Owings Mills.
My better half???s brother and mother purchased vehicles with joe in the past and came highly recommended, so after 14 years with my truck it was time for another and Joe was great to make a deal with. On a side note he was great in going threw the technology in the dash to ease the transition to a newer model.
