We worked with Sam to purchase a 2016 Tahoe LTV. He worked with us to deliver a great price and great service. I lived outside the area and they had the exact vehicle i was looking for. I asked questions to confirm the options and the quality of the vehicle. Sam was responsive and everything seemed in order so we made the trip to purchase the vehicle. When we got there the vehicle was detailed and ready for us. It was the exact condition that was described and we completed the purchase. The process was smooth and everyone there was courteous and professional. I would recommend Sam and the dealership to others.
The salesperson (Sam Mayti) spent a lot of time with us even though we were buying a car less than $10k for our son. He was very helpful and patient with us. It was a stress-free experience and will definitely consider coming back for future purchases and highly recommend this dealership.

I purchased a used vehicle that I found online. I emailed them initially about it and got a call back from Laurel right away. She was super great on the phone and worked through all the questions I had. It didn't take but a day to work out all the details and I booked a flight to come pick it up (I'm in St. Louis). She picked me up from the airport (on her day off even) and made sure everything went through before she left. Couldn't be happier with the experience and I would recommend them highly.

This team has it right. I hate buying cars and I was reminded of it again recently until I found North Olmsted Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. I had been shopping various brands and locations to find someone who made this experience personal, efficient, staying custom orientated while keeping my budget in mind. Lucky for us we met Todd! He was right on with helping me finding the RAM truck I wanted. Their inventory is huge do not be fooled my the smaller lot they have at least 2 overflow lots. They also have the best prices compared to other surrounding dealerships. At one point I asked him to bring me over a truck that was outside my budget he did and tried to steer me into the truck that was in my budget, yes you heard me right he did not try to put me in the higher priced truck. Side note I left with the dream truck and higher priced, totally my choice. Then comes finance the dreaded paperwork in the back of my mind I was thinking this is where it is going to suck. I was wrong Walter was very quick and knowledgeable. I spent less then 20 minutes doing paperwork. Amazing..... Fast forward my daughter turns 16 so last weekend I decided to buy her a car guess where we go, you got it Todd. I left with a new JEEP Compass. I would have never returned or even considered buying another car in less than 30 days without the amazing customer service I received a few weeks before. Service department was great too. We heard squeaking from our truck so while shopping for a new Jeep we took the truck to service and they fit us right in fixed the problem with no delays. Who does that on a Saturday I thought for sure I would be making an appointment. Amazing talking to Mike, super friendly and not a robot personality that I am used to at other places. Thank you for everything Team. You have a new loyalty customer, you have returned my faith into the car dealership world!
I stopped to look at a car that I wanted, but did not need. The salesman, Ted Mowen, could not have been nicer, and fully understood my situation. He treated me no differently than any other potential buyer. There was no pressure. He took all the time I needed to fully understand the vehicle. He allowed me to determine if it was right for me. Even my Wife remarked that it was the most pleasant experience we ever had in a dealership. We did buy the car. As we went through signing the papers, we found that Jason and Terry in the back office were also very easy to work with. We had to travel a couple hours, but what a great experience, and I am not one who looks forward to car buying. This really is the best place we know to buy a vehicle!
Came to look at a car I found online. After the test drive, I knew I didn't want that car; seat and armrest weren't comfortable. Salesman found another car--this one didn't even have an armrest. I stated this wasn't what I was looking for and I was looking for a car that I would use until the wheels fell off. I could see him getting irritated and he said, "Can't you just get used to the armrest?" I knew specifically what I wanted and what I didn't. Eventually after showing me many cars that didn't fit what I was looking for, he said, "You're gonna have to sacrifice on some of the things you want."
He seemed very irritated that I did research on cars. He gave me makes and models they had on the lot that might work, and I was using a website to tell him if the cars would be acceptable. After a while of telling him no, he stated, "Not that I think that website is lying but I never hear about any of those complaints." This was the final straw. You are a salesman. People are not going to come in and tell you about how bad their transmission is when they are trying to trade it in for another vehicle.
I bought a car I love a week later with EVERYTHING I was looking for. I didn't have to sacrifice anything and I got it $5000 less than cars they were showing me.
I recently purchased a vehicle from Jeff's. The experience was the best one I have ever had at a dealership. They were not pushy and I felt very comfortable. I will definately be buying all my vehicles to Jeff's and would highly recommend. Neko and Howard were wonderful! I could not have been mire pleased with the service I received!

We were held by Josh Gowling at Ganley and we really had a nice experience! We ended up going in kind of spur of the moment but we had both of our kids and it was a really cold day and they were so sweet - gave them hot chocolate and never made us feel like we were infringing by having them there. We immediately found the car that we like and Josh was extremely fast and aggressive with helping us make the deal happen. He followed up with us after we bought the car -would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone And to go to him to find our next car!
