I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
I went here in November 2017 shopping for a new v8 challenger and came from vallejo. I went in telling them I only want v8 and I got these prices already so I wont go higher and came farther for same thing. So I told them I can get a 2018 v8 33k and a 2018 v6 24k or 27k. I ended up leasing the car 3yrs a 2017 v6 nothing in it I had to fix it up with tints pipes music . i mean not even updated navi but they still trying to charge me 37k . even if i keep it im not paying that when I clearly said up front what was what and still have the proof. So I will be talking with someone to show how they try to get over on people or how they get over. I mean this car is bunk except the color that is the only attraction..

We brought our 10 month old son and all of the staff were very helpful getting the process done as quickly as possible. Thi was great as well and she went the extra mile to final the paperwork and looked for better interest rates on our loan options that would best fit our budget. Overall this dealership felt like they were there not to just make a quick buck, but to truly help customers find what they're looking for at very reasonable pricing. Car shopping can be a hassle. I saw this 300c online for a good price. An almost unbelievable good price. We had an appointment in Walnut Creek so we stopped by to see the car. My husband wasn't expecting much because of the price of the car. The car was beautiful. Justin Potthoff was our salesman and he made the whole buying a car experience a good experience. Everything went very smooth. All of the staff are very friendly. The finance manager, Alberto Fletes, didn't even try to pressure us into buying add ons, no pressure! Very nice place.
