I did a lot of research prior to deciding on a Jeep and Carl Burger was best dealership. I drove up and I was greeted by Mary and it was a smooth transition from there. I told her exactly what I wanted and she wasted no time in making it happen. Side Note: I brought my 2 kids and the team was so great to them (offering them snacks/water) they have a tv section and a small kids play area. I had a wonderful experience and will be sure to recommend Mary Roberts any chance I get.
Our service manager, Nick Trejo, was excellent: very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The repairs were completed in a timely manner. I would certainly recommend this dealership to other people.
As soon as we arrived to the dealership, we were greeted by Ruben. I came with the intention of only looking at the Jeeps available, Ruben was kind, helpful and extremely patient. At no point did I feel pressured to have to leave the dealership with a car. He really did an amazing job at finding me my dream Jeep with all the little details that I was looking for at a good price. Ruben made purchasing my dream car an enjoyable experience and the entire staff as well.
Car shopping can be a hassle. I saw this 300c online for a good price. An almost unbelievable good price. We had an appointment in Walnut Creek so we stopped by to see the car. My husband wasn't expecting much because of the price of the car. The car was beautiful. Justin Potthoff was our salesman and he made the whole buying a car experience a good experience. Everything went very smooth. All of the staff are very friendly. The finance manager, Alberto Fletes, didn't even try to pressure us into buying add ons, no pressure! Very nice place.
Stanley of Brownfield had posted an ad in the Hobbs News Sun. I saw a vehicle in the ad I was interested in and called. I spoke to Steve Adcock. He located the vehicle I was asking about and said it was in Waco but he could get it here for us. We ya handled basically everything over the phone. Very curtious and very professional. Will definitely do business with Steve and Stanley dealership again. Thank you for the wonderful service.
Our salesmen Brian and Finance manager Steve did an amazing job getting us into a brand new vehicle when someone else would even give us the time of day. They didn't push or make us feel like we had to buy and just wanted us to be happy. They got us exactly what we needed and couldn't have done a better job. Joe Andres is a top notch salesman. I contacted him and told him the make/model van we wanted to see and that we would not have much time as we were traveling to visit family the day before Thanksgiving.
Joe had five mini vans pulled up the the front of the building with the exact options and miles we requested ready to go. He had our car appraised while we test drove the vans and presented us simple numbers all within 45 minutes of arriving. I have bought many new and used cars and his professionalism and timeliness was greatly appreciated. We came back a couple days later and bought a used 2018 van and Joe had all the paperwork ready to go which allowed us to be in and out of the dealership within an hour. I highly suggest working with Joe for your next vehicle purchase !

Emmy made my experience buying a brand new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara the very best car purchase of my life! Since I am retired and in my 60s, that is saying quite a lot! She was super friendly, mixing her personal rapport and social skills with her thorough knowledge of the car buying process. Along with her manager Katie, they succeeded in getting me my dream car at a price well within my desired range! I cannot be effusive enough in praise of Emmy and Katie, and their ability to combine superb professional skills with an ability to listen to the needs of their customer. Five star experience!
I walked in to have an inspections sticker and lucked out to have it done in about 50 minutes . Phewww. The customer service rep as always was efficient ,kind and informative . This was a far cry from my last visit for an oil change and license plate bulb replacement which took 2.5 hours even WITH an appointment .
