I called and got salesperson Robert. I told him what I wanted to look at. When I got there I was pleasantly surprised the vehicle I wanted to look at was inside all shined, and waiting for me. Robert was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. Because if Roberts professional manner and what I feel is a great product, my wife and I purchased the pickup.
I've been to this dealership several times for both service and sales. The last time I had a chance to interact with the general manager Tim Graves. He was great! He took the time to answer all my questions. I know he's busy running the store but he made time make sure I got needed. I also like that that it was cool that all the cars are parked inside the building. That place is huge!

My truck was repaired via the Express Lane and I was quickly back on the road. I’ve done business with Ron Tonkins service twice now and both times they over delivered. This 5 stars in for one employee in particular. Tim Gardner in the service dept. My little story... I had recently purchased my vehicle on April 1 & had to return it on April 4th due to the speakers, window and a little idle. It was now 4/16/2018 and my car was still not finished because the speakers were missing a part that need to come from Korea, they told me my car would be finished no later than Monday and that was a promise...So long story short everyone I spoke with said they would call me back and help me figure this out and no one did, they called with the same info about waiting for a part but no new news. Thankfully I called in 4/17/18 to check on my vehicle on when the part will be in and Tim (which was my first time speaking with i'm through these couple of weeks.) and he said the part was scheduled to arrive on 4/24/18 I was furious. Here I am driving loaner cars and not even able to enjoy my new car for a whole month. He listened to me and quickly went into action and said I am going to help you, we are going to fix this. Literally in 2 hours he called back said that they can get my car to a certain place and they can do it if I agree and also offered me a couple of other things and said I will get your car to you by today or tomorrow after he explained this to a manager. All in two hours! and I couldn't get a straight answer for two weeks! Tim called me when it left car max and when it came back and tested the stereo for me himself! He completely turned my whole experience back to a positive one again and now I am truly happy he went above and beyond and keep his word! He was very kind and put actions to his words! He is definitely the highlight of my week! now I can drive my new car thanks to TIM Gardner.! Thank you TIM! You don't know how happy we are!
Purchased a certified GMC Sierra. Staff was great and love the truck. The only negative was that the truck only had 1 key / key fob. Sales staff said they would look for 2nd key but eventually sent me to parts to buy another key and was quoted $160... Would have been nice for the staff to pick that up since we just spent a ton on a nearly new truck.
Jeep runs great. I really liked my mechanic rep. She was very knowledgeable about the codes and what was needed and could explain easily the problems and the solutions. The mechanic that did the work did a great job and only did what was needed for my repair. I trust their honesty and good work and will continue to use them as I get more things coming up in the future on my Jeep.
Sam was excellent! He was the first one to ask if I needed any help. 4 days later after searching for cars and no luck. I called Sam. He answered right away and he made it super easy! I now am a happy owner of a 2019 CHALLENGER SCAT PACK RT/ SRT. Thanks Sam for all your help!!! This is my 3rd vehicle purchased at Dick Hannah Dealerships and this last experience was the Best!
