This is our second Durango. We had our first one many years ago. We now have 5 grandchildren and needed MORE room. We decided to go back to the Durango and so glad we did. It's a smooth ride. It has lots of room, cup holders, heat and air all the way to the back, and USBs available!

What a outstanding place for to buy a vehicle. I bought a new 2024 Jeep Gladiator Nighthawk. Took test drive, set down with the sales team. Within 2 hours I was driving my new truck home. Usually at a dealership it's a all day adventure but not at autonation jeep north richland hills.

I have taken my truck their in the past and have always received great service. I was having an issue with my truck when I bought it new and I went to AutoNation in North Richland Hills I didn?t buy from them but they took care of it anyway. I had previously taken it to grapevine dodge and they didn?t fix the issue I was having basically told me they could do nothing and gave my truck back I will never take any vehicle I own their again. When I first took my truck to autonation Matthew helped me and he has gone above and beyond any customer service representative I have ever dealt with. So when I started having issues with my radio I went back and once again dealt with Matthew and once again he provided excellent customer service.

I was in the market for a new vehicle but dreaded going to a dealership. It is like knowing you need to put on boxing gloves and go 12 rounds and try not to get beat up too bad. Classic Dodge had the exact truck I wanted so I called and talked to Alonzo Contreras. From that first call he was honest, easy to talk to and no high pressure at all. Only because of the service advisor Quincy. Quincy is so hands on and very respectful of your time. He tries his best to get your car in and out. However it's out of his control when the manager do not hire enough staff for the amount of business this dealership gets. As I stated Quincy is an outstanding service advisor.
