This is our second Durango. We had our first one many years ago. We now have 5 grandchildren and needed MORE room. We decided to go back to the Durango and so glad we did. It's a smooth ride. It has lots of room, cup holders, heat and air all the way to the back, and USBs available!

Anthony Luizza was the best! Anthony went above and beyond to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted which is hard in todays market. Anthony worked with other dealerships to get me the perfect Chevrolet Traverse with a towing package and all the fancy features I wanted and a great color which is more than any other salesperson would do. Anthony was patient with me through the whole process to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and that I knew everything about my car. I will 100% recommend Anthony and Raceway to any of my family or friends.

I was driving by this dealership and was happy to find it here on Cars.com too and now have a hub to their inventory on my favorite Car site! I am an online car shopping junkie of a sort and when I do decide to move on my next Used vehicle I will check Dover Used Car Center first because when I walked in I was treated as a person and not a target! I cannot speak any higher of my experience with the professionals at Ray Price Mount Pocono dealership. The customer service I received is some of the best I have experienced anywhere. I randomly chose Ray Price simply because they had a great selection of the type of used vehicle I was looking for; I wanted to avoid hopping from one place to the next. They were an hour away, but the drive was worth it to me. My buying experience went very smoothly – they made it stress-free and easy. I highly recommend working with Jimmy – he wasn’t there to sell me a car; he was there to help me find a car that would fit my personal needs and one that I loved while still staying within my budget. He is extremely knowledgeable, easy to work with, friendly and honest, and listened carefully to help make relevant recommendations. A bit of a twist… I had a problem with my vehicle when I took it home. If I had purchased from a private seller or one of those roadside car dealers, this story would not have had a good ending. However, both Jimmy and Brian (general manager) worked with me to make things right. They were extremely cooperative, helpful and respectful. The situation was examined thoroughly, and many fair options were offered and considered. It naturally took some time to work through the process, but Brian had great follow through in keeping in touch with me along the way. I am extremely pleased with the positive outcome and – long story short – very thankful I went to Ray Price Mount Pocono to purchase my vehicle. We live in Flemington, New Jersey and about a mile or two away from a Jeep Dodge dealership, but have been going for about the last 10 years to Johnson Dodge in Budd Lake, New Jersey, which is about 30 miles away for so many reasons. First reason is that the owner John Sr. has always given me the best price for my vehicles and the same goes for the 11 other friends and family who I brought to his dealership. There’s not many places left like this anymore that will not only give you a good value, but also great service to go with your vehicle. He truly does the right thing And that is the reason I recommend any customers I can to him. John jr., and the the dealership’s right hand man, Bryce are always on point in regards to any concerns or questions that may come about whenever I go there. There’s so much to tell, but I will mention on a particular incident we had a customer for John that lives in Staten Island and had no way of getting to the dealership on a specific day and without hesitation they offered to go pick her up so she could get in her new truck sooner than later. Really are not going to find anything like this anywhere else. I’d like to mention also the service advisor who I always go to, Briana. She really is very knowledgeable and even though she is always busy, she makes it a point to get back with any answers as fast as possible in regards to your vehicle. Lastly, I’d like to say that I like to use the same mechanic, Bryan R., so I could get to know him and he could get to know me and he will have a detailed knowledge of my vehicle from always servicing it. Another really nice guy and keeps my Jeep Cherokee SRT in top condition. These are not the only people at the dealership that have always come through with doing their job professionally, Courtney in service has always been there to answer any questions. Also the guys in the parts department are always very helpful when I’m waiting around for my vehicle and I just want to ask some questions in regards to purchasing anything for my vehicle. Dealership has recently been renovated and is even nicer. I will continue to drive over 30 miles to go to this dealership and continue to bring more customers.
