The staff was very courteous, knowledgeable, and patient with me. They helped me find the right car at the right price to fit my needs. They were also very helpful in finding the right financing program for me. Once I found the car I wanted, I was able to drive it off the lot in about an hour.
I've purchased several new cars from Dellen over the past 8 years and I always look forward to negotiating my next deal because of the great care and respect they haven given me. I have checked with other dealers before and none come close to Dellen's customer service.

Unlimited Motors was the last dealership that I visited on my long car-shopping journey. In hopes of finding a new car quickly, I decided to give them a try. I looked at the original car I was interested in on Unlimited Motor's website and test drove it. I decided it wasn't for me, which then lead me to another car on the lot. I decided to purchase my 2015 Nissan Altima that day, without any hesitation. I knew it was the car for me and Spencer at Unlimited Motors did a great job at helping me find my car. He stayed after closing to see that I would get to purchase my car and made the buying process super quick that week. I emailed and asked a simple question regarding a Jeep top. The response I received was the typical “Come in, let’s talk.” I was not even in the country due to a military deployment, but was willing to send my husband in to look at the vehicle....depending on the answer I received to the question I asked. When I sent a “no thank you” response, I was then asked if I wanted someone to contact me with the answer to my original question. DUH! VERY FRUSTRATING!!
I recently bought a car from here and enjoyed working with Spencer. I was at my wits end with car shopping and still teacher tired/crazy from this past year. Spencer handled it like a pro; almost as good as me when I hear a student's story about how their internet stopped working right when they needed to submit their homework, and I say, "Well, isn't that interesting." Also, I really love my new car, and I really love having air conditioning and windows that roll down. It's the little things in life to appreciate, people....you know, like not having to repeat instructions 25 times.
I came into the service center to get my oil changed. Went into the sales office to talk about trading in my 2016 CX-9 with a new one. I had reduced a couple emails and mailers. After speaking with Austin Norman and driving a new 2018 CX-9, I decided to do the trade and purchase the 2018. My experience as always was incredible. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from the West Side Mazda location and will continue to as well as use their service department.
My old car died. They did what they could for a trade in. Gave me more than the Ford dealership would do. They were easy to work with on the purchase. There was one small issue after I purchased the vehicle and they helped me figure out what the problem was even though they had no legal obligation to look into it. No issues with the car once we figured out that minor interior noise issue. I would recommend checking out their lot before going to a full service dealership. You can tell they love the car business.
