We have purchased or leased a "substantial" number of vehicles over several decades. This was the best experience we have had with dealership personnel starting with the receptionist who connected us Arlington Fritz who introduced to his manager Syed Madni. From our entrance to the dealership through to closing the deal with Financial Manager Anthony Leli it was a pleasurable experience.
We purchased a 2017 Fiat 124 Spyder Abarth from Zach Hayes. Zach was knowledgeable and after hearing what we were looking for and appraising our trade, came back within 10 minutes with their best deal. We GREATLY appreciated not having to go back and forth playing the game. (In the past year, we also purchased a Chevy Colorado from another dealership and was there for 3.5 hours (it took an hour just in the negotiating part.)

Having purchased 6-7 LS since 1991 (one 430 from Scanlan) I had to buy my last two LS460s from Orlando. Why, their volume and price. Each time I gave Scanlan and Germain a chance, neither stepped up to find the car I wanted. I met Heather Cotorakas a few years ago and she made me promise to give her a shot when I was ready to buy a 2018. We talked in April before I headed North, and when I returned in October - she "made it happen".
