My experience with the sales person Chris was excellent. The finance people however changed the price I agreed to. I signed a paper on the floor, but when the papers were presented to sign the price was much higher. I noticed it and complained. They said there was a ???mistake??? on the previous quote. Well if there was a mistake they should have been open about it. I think it was a bait and switch The paperwork is confusing and they clearly changed the numbers by $6000 between what they agreed to on the floor and what they presented in the office to sign.
Getting into the process of getting a replacement commuter car, and this shop has set the bar. Easy going. Let me take the vehicle for a ride on a Saturday afternoon. While I am not convinced about the vehicle, I will be checking to see what else they have on the lot that meets my needs. The way car shopping/buying should be.
This is our second Jeep from Poulin. Our salesman, John Riordan is a great guy to deal with. The service department is excellent to deal with and is a big reason we came back for our second Jeep from Poulin. I would highly recommend Poulin.
