It was all handled very well. The man who took my order handled it very professionally. The service was completed in a timely fashion and he explained all that had been done and may need to be done in the future. I appreciated it very much.

I drove a durango GT for 300 miles its not bad the 3.6 V6 is plenty powerful and 30mpg but no hemi theatre. Interior is xxxx near luxurious and the ride is very good. A lot of reliability issues seem to stem from going long on oil changes and driving the car like it's a rental car aka the average dodge driver. If you keep up on the maintenance, this is a genuinely enjoyable car that does almost everything decently well.

I live 1000 miles away, but their price is so competitive that I may make the trip there yet. I inquired at several local and regional dealers and without exception, Russ Darrow was the most responsive. Robert Garcia didn't try to avoid my very specific questions on cost and definitely made a great impression on me.

This my 5th Durango (2022 GT). Size is right, comfortable, powerful and good value for money. Just wish they would get rid of the piano black trim on the center stack. Led lighting vast improvement and lots of safety features.

Sales person was extremely helpful and friendly. She is very knowledgeable about the features of the vehicle and patient in showing us how things work.

I had problems with misfire. Cylinder #5 misfire about 135000 miles. It was under extended warranty. Still cost me some dollars because the dealership some other issues needed to be repaired that they say they found and without repaired the warranty company wouldn't replace the Cylinder #5. Now I have 151000 miles and Cylinder #6 has misfire. I have a 2018 GT Plus. Very nice looking car. Now with high mileage it seems like a problem. I had all maintenance preformed including oil changes. That was very important because without that the warranty company wouldn't have paid for the repairs.

I have enjoyed my 2019 Dodge Durango have had a lot of pleasure worry about everything being electrical but so far very happy will be traveling to Florida in next month can’t wait to see how it handles.

There are 2 other Honda dealers closer to me than Morrie's West Bend Honda. However I chose Morrie's as I was looking for a good deal (A deal which was fair to both the dealership and me). I am 56 years old and have purchased 6 brand new cars in my lifetime. I own them from 7-12 years, usually overlapping the ownership as I sell the old one rather than trade it in. I have previously purchased 2 other Dodges, 2 Chevys, a Toyota and Subaru. The 2015 Dodge Durango I currently own is the only vehicle that I have never had an issue with, nothing broken, no engine lights, nothing. I simply kept up with the maintenance. I had planned on replacing the front brake pads at around 60,000 miles and when I took the calipers off, the old pads showed little wear, so I left it. At 9 years of ownership I decided to change the battery even though it was still good. At 130,000 miles I changed the spark plugs and figured I should change the coils while I was at it, again no indication of wear, I just felt it was time. It was at this mileage I finally changed the pads and planned on doing the rotors as well, but the rotors showed little to no wear so I only did the pads. I went to my local Dodge dealer the other day and talked to a salesperson about getting a new Durango, hopefully it will be as good as this one.

We bought a Toyota Sequoia and noticed a couple of things that were a little off like the mirror the motor was out. They also did an inspection and found the back window did not go down so they ordered all the parts right away. Customer service is excellent! We worked with Jairo and is always willing to answer our questions at anytime taking our worries away. I work in sales and can see the Hussle they put in.

We've had a few hiccups in the car the one I'd like to most point out that I think there needs to be a recall on the back LED light stripping failure

I love everything except the controls on the screen. I find them hard to use while driving. I would also like to see a clock in the center of the screen that it would default to after a few seconds of changing temps or radio station.

Dodge Durango GT with towing package. Great SUV for the money. we currently have 34000 miles and no major issues so far. Our Uconnect system had to be replaced because it would not update. Was covered under warranty. We tow a 5000lb travel trailer and it does fine on the flats , but struggles a bit in the mountains. I was impressed how all the operating temperatures were in check while pulling a 7% grade on a 95 degree day. (I have since bought a Ram 1500 to do the towing). This car is an excellent road tripper and I am impressed with the spunk of the 3.6. So far the only weak link has been the Uconnect system. I hope it holds up for the duration of the vehicle.

We purchased a new 2023 Dodge Charger. We were not from the Milwaukee suburban area but found the model and features we wanted which were not available at out local dealers for the time we were purchasing. The sales, delivery and finance staff were very helpful and considerate. We had not purchased a vehicle in some time and expected to be pressured to lease and purchase numerous extended care packages as part of the purchase. We purchased the vehicle outright with savings we had planned for and the trade value of our previous vehicle. The available extended care options were explained to us and we were free to choose none or only those which made sense for our needs. We have not used the dealer service as the car is new and we are from outside the area but the purchase went smoothly.

I researched a lot of 7-seater SUVs before deciding on a 1 year old Durango... we needed something that could haul our 5 kids and also double as a commuter car with good cargo space for my husband, who travels to construction job sites all over the place. We both love our RAM trucks (mine is the 2500 horse hauler), so Dodge was a natural choice for us, but we opted for the V6 model for better gas mileage than our Hemis. The Durango did not disappoint!! I've seen other reviews complaining about the power of the SXT... what do you honestly expect, people?! It's a 3-row SUV, a V6 simply can't put out the HP to move it like the Hellcat would (ohh, that one must be sweet!!). That being said, we're still pleased with the performance... which is impressive for a vehicle of this size. It still hauls @ss and handles like a dream, and we live on a ranch in the Rockies so good handling on mountain roads in all manner of nasty weather conditions is an absolute MUST for us. You can tell the Durango is modeled on the Challenger chassis so it's basically a race car of an SUV, even in the V6 model. Do yourself a favor and splurge on some d@mn good all-season tires like Michelin LTX for optimum performance in any road conditions. We've been very impressed with the fuel economy, it does well - even with my husband rallying up and down the mountain and dusting people left & right on his daily commute. Haha! That's one advantage over the V8 models, which guzzle gas as bad as our big RAM trucks. We even run it with the Eco Boost turned off, and often in Sport mode. One thing my husband's not fond of is the fact that there is only one special jack included... and no mounts for floor jacks or jack stands. A second jack from the dealer is almost $300. So husband spent some time in his metal shop to fab an adapter for a second scissor jack, so he could rotate tires and change the oil. It's a non issue if you take your car in for service, but if you're the type to wrench on your own vehicles, it's something to bear in mind. Interior design is nice... the only small beef I've got is the 2nd row seat backs fold down, but the whole seat doesn't fold up to more easily access the 3rd row. It's not an issue for our kids clambering over, but it could be awkward for an adult. So the little ones go in the back. Overall, we're really pleased with our Durango SXT - even for the base model, it's got enough whistles and bells to keep us happy, and an impressive performance to economy ratio. Definitely worth every penny of the purchase price, and it's a vehicle we'll keep for a very long time.

I bought the 05 Dodge Durango and was happy with my purchase. I liked the outside design but the interior was bland. If the seats were more comfortable, I would have tolerated the interior layout more. It had a nice storage bin behind the rear seat which was quite handy. It drives car like but the 3.7 six cylinder is thirsty. I've owned SUVs with eight cylinder that got better gas mileage! It was my first Dodge in a while and I was pleased. After 70,000 miles problems start to creep in. I traded it in shortly after my ac compressor locked. It was just too expensive to fix and my gut said it was time to move on. It earned its four stars but it's a fragile four stars

Bought new in 2020. Has only 23,000 miles . Love this car. Roomy, comfortable, has 3 row seating and the hatch back for easy carrying groceries and unloading. Peppy with the Hemi V8, but mileage is only 15-17 mpg. Don’t care because it’s fun to drive, good looking and easy to maneuver and park. All the whistle and bells on it. Probably my last car. Registered on NHTSA so have had no recalls. We do have a 2024 Ram with the Hemi. Will keep that one too.

I was the second owner for a 2023 Durango Hellcat Premium Plus. I wish I would have purchased this car first before my charger ScatPack. The Durango is a family car and it’s safer to drive. With the power and has lots of room I Woolsey say it’s a great car. I’m sure they’ll have them around in 6 years I’ll buy another hellca t Durango destroyer gray with the black red rally stripes!

Purchased my '17 DD GT with 25k miles on it. Have owned for around 4 years and now have 66k miles. Haven't had any issues. Routine maintenance only. Love the style and comfort. Interior seats are comfortable for long drives. Mine came with lifetime oil changes. Dealer support has been good (although we've only had oil changes so hard to say). I'm hoping this continues.

Bought a 2024 Kia Sportage Hybrid over the weekend. Our salesperson, Marvin Cameron, was very good. He understood our requirements and showed us all the cars we were interested in. He did not pressure us into buying a different car, adding unnecessary options, insurance, etc. However their business manager was a jerk and rude. Came across as could not care less whether we bought a car or not. Did not answer questions courteously and pressured us to prepay for maintenance which we promptly declined. There was a little bit of a good guy bad guy act between Marvin (good guy) and the business manager (bad guy). Marvin told us the interest rate was lower than what we finally received and Marvin also told us more free oil changes were included. The business manager blamed Marvin for being misinformed. Not very professional of him either. They did not budge on the price either. We paid $501 less than MSRP. Would recommend the dealership and Marvin but please pay attention to details

My dodge durango is powerful and roomy. I can get my dj equipment in there and do gigs now ... the color is a beaut too . R/T Blacktop Edition, had wheels chrome anodized as part of deal. Incredible pep and still I have life-of-car mpg of almost 19mpg! Infotainment system rated as the most intuitive on the market. THAT is true! Approaching 30k miles and so far only in last month one problem. Water pump sprung tiny leak. In 2017 dealers offered LIFETIME warranty for entire drivetrain plus some. YEP! They replaced it and it cost me ZERO. DEALERSHIP that did work told me NEVER sell this car! Someone that has a business bought an entire fleet and have had engines replaced after 500,000 miles! Free! Captains seats and console in second row, sunroof, towing package, BEATS stereo kicks a$$ !!! Air conditioners for front and rear. Plenty of cargo room convertible to (2) more seats if necessary for short trips or smaller people. USB ports and electrical plugs everywhere! Sport Mode, Paddle shifters, tons of goodies. Don’t get one with Auto-Stop though. Dealer said I made the right choice not ordering that. He said people hate it. Mine has the “turn-knob” shifter that was a downer at first. Didn’t think I’d EVER get used to that! But I did and it is so much less of a pain because it is so flat and doesn’t stick up in your way. Plenty of cup-holders, pockets on doors, etc. Car has a wonderful and SOLID feel. No squeaks or rattles at all. Love the options with the dashboard instruments too. Yes. This car will stay with me a VERY LONG TIME.
