Rees was my greeter and was an excellent source of information and sales expediter. Rees explained the CarMax process and then Listened to the car features I required. He did searches of car max inventory, searches of manufacturers’ sites for additional info, and requested transfer of a vehicle from another location. There was no pressure to buy (CarMax has a five day return policy). Paperwork was efficient, and I even got help getting both the car I bought and the car I arrived in home. It was my first solo car buying experience so I especially appreciated that I got a car that suited me at a fair price and no hassle

"Hidden" Costly Ignition Recall

Very reliable, poor gas mileage and there was a hidden ignition system recall. Spent days exploring key fob replacement and programming. Dealer prices ridiculously high. Shocked by the several hundred dollar costs, for a car key?. Took three trips to the Dodge parts department before finding an honest agent there to find a recall on the in-dash ignition cluster and fobs. Warranty solved what would have cost us several hundreds of dollars. I recommend one do a dealer model recall check on any vehicle before purchasing.
I was welcomed with a sincere friendly smile by Dillon. He was genuinely friendly and helpful. He explained the service provided and suggested additional service needed. He also gave me a timeframe in which the service would be completed. I inquired about complimentary beverages. He explained that coffee was available and he could have a fresh pot made if asked. He thanked me for my time and invited me back again. I was very pleased with the service experience and Dillon was Awesome 👏🏾 ??

Great Van! Never thought I would be a Mini Van Mom but here I am Killing it. So much room and comfort for all. Love the Entertainment package and the rear rope lighting Perfect for my kids who are afraid of the dark.
