This is the 4th Toyota I have bought from them All have gone 500,000 miles plus but one that was in a rear ending total with only 80,000 miles on it. They have maintained all of them till I gave them to my son and he drove all of them for years before selling them.
Had a great experience there. They really did a great job with my son as a first time young buyer. Michelle Wade was our sales person, did an awesome job, all questions answered quickly, in constant communication throughout the process, will definitely buy there again.

I bought my vehicle site unseen as I was 6 hours away. I knew that's the one I wanted. They delivered it to a meeting place which was great all with in 36 hours. Got it home and looked it over good, I was disappointed that I had no service records at all. No vehicle booklet(this is a 2016), the old owners info still in the glove compartment and it was dirty. I mean not detailed or cleaned at all. Very disappointed in that. This vehicle comes factory with luxury floor mats, this one has 3 cheap ones and missing the drivers floor one. More than just small details where missed. Makes me wonder if it was looked over at all while there.
As an out-of-state buyer, I was met at the airport, and thoroughly shown the car. I took a test drive with their mechanic (my choice) and went on rough roads and did a panic stop, etc. Everyone was friendly, but more important, they were straightforward and honest. By that I mean there was no attempt to embellish or make up things about the car. The car and the Carfax spoke for themselves! The actual transaction was smooth and to the point. No funny business or surprises. I drove the car some 600 miles home and it worked flawlessly. I am extremely pleased with the car and the entire buying process.
Frank was a friendly, approachable and knowledgeable guy with a sense of humor. We spent the entire day with him, and ended up with a great car. Going through the Costco program helped get our price down from the start.
I was looking for an Uber car and found a man name John, who I would buy another car from in a New York minute. Came looking for a car, left with a good deal and a business relationship. If you are going to buy a used car buy from John, I know I will again.
I had had a really bad week and was feeling kind of hopeless and defeated. I walked in to 4 wheels of fox lake and Nick was so amazing, He not only got me in my dream car, but he made the entire experience stress free and fun! Called in after seeing a large amount of oil under my 2018 Ram. Service got me right in, diagnosed the problem, informed me of situation and fix, fixed it up and had me on my way in no time at all. Overall great job!
Beautiful facility, shows great promise and still head and shoulders above the other local Jeep dealership (Galeana) but 6 contacts and an about hour to only schedule the appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and them to see if something qualifies for a warranty issue.... unacceptable. No appointments available for at least two weeks out and no way to confirm appointment time online or even by phoning the dealership directly. They can???t even tell you who your service advisor is... once I arrived I found I didn???t even need an appointment after all because they dont handle that type of warranty work for Mopar Service Plans. I have to call Chrysler direct to schedule. Service advisor seemed nice enough but not very knowledgeable and pretty stressed. They???re new so I???ll cut some slack, but guessing management needs to do some better training. Still not sure about why it took 6 contacts to schedule an appointment.. there must have been 15 girls in a bullpen area that handle scheduling who were seemingly just sitting around and chatting. Not great, but not as awful as Galeana. Will give them a second chance and re-review.
Looked at a car with intentions to purchase it. The car had a clean Carfax report with the salesman promoted heavily. We pulled out of the purchase because we found on Autocheck that the car had been in an accident. Dealer's should know all the history available, especially if they are going to promote accident free reports.
