The service department was sketchy at best here for a long time. I do have to state my last visit was much better. I arrived for my scheduled appointment and was horrified at the line of cars as historically they were very slow in getting to and returning my vehicle in a timely manner. This visit it was done early. They also did almost all of what I asked which is much better than usual. Historically they would tell me they rotated and adjusted tire pressure when in fact they did not check tire pressure. When I questioned why the gauges said it was off they said it was the gauge. I double checked when I got home and sure enough they hadn't done the work. This time they didn't replace a break light I had asked to have done but did get all the other items done and done well. Big step in the right direction! Thanks to whoever is now running service as the changes for the better are definitely noticeable!
I'm in a chapter 13 and I went home with a beautiful vehicle. It was touch and go because I did need the letter of approval from the trustee. The guys at Tynan's (DJ and Greg) were supportive and patient. Marlon was great with the financing end of things and a pleasure to work with. Thank you all for your diligence and professionalism.
Their is no other company like this on the face of the planet. I'm dipping hard in 2016 Yukon. More than anything I appreciate the team there. They are great, funny and easy to deal with. All that crap channel 7 is saying are lies. I stand 100 with sharpest rides.!!!!!
Where to start from. The beginning to the end it was overall the best car experience. I called Maaliki motors on the phone and ed listen to what I am looking for and made me feel comfortable over the phone very friendly and honest. When I came in we test drove the car and it was very nice . When it came down to pricing and the real deal Frank was very kind and know what he is doing. Showed me all the numbers and got me what I asked for and match what I have from my credit union. If I can leave 10 star I would. Honest ppl to deal with.
Jake was fantastic! Excellent communication. He did what he said he would do, which is rare these days. The entire team was great, but if you’re going to buy a Jeep make sure you ask for Jake in sales!
We did a lot of research and new what we were looking for. The associate (Dan) made us feel that he was buying the car with us, making sure we were comfortable with our decision and no pressure. My one gripe overall is that cars that require a fob in lieu of a key need to come with two up front or the other one sent later to us (at my expense) rather than me having to make another trip to have another one made.
Jim was very pleasant and polite. He made our experience feel more personal compared to a dealership experience. We were not pressured into buying anything, even though we knew that we were already set on getting the Nissan Rogue. The windshield was cracked and the interior had pet hair on the seats and floor. We conveyed our concern about the two issues, especially in regards to the pet hair since my family has allergies. Jim took care of us and had it arranged for the vehicle to be cleaned, and for our windshield to be replaced. I would not hesitate to recommend Jim and CUABSI to friends and family. Any future vehicle purchases will be going through this place.
I bought a Chrysler 300 from levis. A couple years ago. Customer service was great.I compared pricing to other dealerships and the price was on point.
The were very transparent on pricing even showing a price comparison of other competitors.
Also ,They threw in some custom rims 22in and a second set of when for $500.
Car was in sound mechanical condition. Never had a problem with it. Will definitely be buying again.

Great experience, Charlie works hard to provide a quote vehicle. Any issue which came up, even after accepting delivery, it was taken care of. The Denver collection will be the first place to start my next car search.
