I had a horrible experience at this dealer but i can't blame the salesman Mike C. He did the best job he could with the process he was givin. He was courteous and polite and tried to handle the issues but his hands were tied by the useless policies and people above him. I would deal with Mike again but never the dealer. Being big and forgetting how to take care of the customer is what the dealer forgot how to do.
Going to get my third car from Jeff McCullough at Joe Ricci Auto in Taylor . I will never go anywhere else. Even after I bought my cars they don't just push you out the door when you have an issue they have taken care of everything. Very sincere. See ya soon Jeff.
I found a truck I wanted on Cars.com and contacted the dealer. The salemen told me that when he went to pull it around he noticed a puddle and set the vehicle up for service. To make a long story short, the truck needed transmission repairs and the service department told me the truck was not available to sell until it was repaired. It is nice that they made sure the repairs were handled, but I wasnt kept informed and needed a vehicle quickly, so I purchased from another dealer.
