I had a fantastic experience at Bob Rohrman Ford. The short story is that the salesman Chris and the finance manager John took incredible care of me. They worked really hard and bailed me out of a bad situation and deal on my old car and worked magic to get me into my brand new Focus RS. I would highly recommend working with Chris in sales and the finance manager, John. If you're curious about my whole situation, please read below because they truly bailed me out.
I came into Bob Rohrman with low expectations. I was paying 20% interest through a lender called Santander and was a little underwater on my current car... And I only had a few grand to put down. Chris was straight with me from the beginning. And he never tried to push me into a car I didn't want because it had a high rebate to offset my negative equity. He did everything he could to get me into the car I actually wanted unlike every other dealer I went to. Then John worked some magic and got me a fantastic deal that was win win for everyone. They really helped me out of a bad situation. I would recommend the two of them to everybody.
So, if you're looking for a new ride and want to work with a sales and finance team that will be straight with you upfront, not push you into something you don't want, and will work to get you a deal that works for everyone, 100% go see Chris in sales. John will be the one helping you put a deal together that works. I can't express enough how thankful I am for both of them and how happy I was driving out of there. I did have to say a bittersweet goodbye to my loving Golf R (which was bittersweet) but I'm happy to say I have a fantastic new car I'm happy with and a great deal on top of it. Please, ask for Chris. You won't regret it.

We bought this van as a replacement for another make and model that gave up the ghost. We haven't had it long, hence the 4 on reliability, but so far it runs well and my wife loves it.
Kevin Grossman was my salesman and he did an excellent and honest job guiding me through the process. His communication was extremely thorough and everything he told me was going to happen happened. I would highly recommended Bredemann Chevy!
I got the car I wanted at the price I was willing to pay with no hassle! Great customer service and experience with everyone I Worked with. Very helpful throughout the whole process from financing to setting up onstar.

Traded my 2008 for this 2017 and the difference is remarkable..the 3.6 motor is a gem, with class leading power and smoothness along with better mileage..hauls everything.. tows my trailer and with the stow and go seats dropped into the floor...other minivans are not even close by lacking this convenience. My nxt is the nicest vehicle I have owned in my 50+ years of driving.
Luciano is a person very dedicated to his work, is attentive, listens to your needs, answers all your questions, gives you options, the most important thing for him is that you leave happy with what you buy.
I traveled from CT on 7/14 to view a BMW Z3M 2000 Auto Showcase picked me up and dropped me off at the airport.(thanks Miles)When I got to the showroom the cat was ready for the test drive.(lots of fun)There was no pressure to buy but I did. The car arrived in MA on the evening of 7/17.I have bough a lot of cars over the years best experience yet. Thanks agene Jim.

I was interested a pre-owned Acura that the Autobarn had for sale. I had discussed the car with one of the sales managers, Jonathan, on the phone the day before, and had done my research. I called the morning of our visit and spoke to Sam to arrange a test drive. When we arrived, our salesman Sam was waiting for us, and the car was prepped for our test drive. The car was as described on their website - no surprises. We decided to purchase the car. The whole process of negotiating a sales price and valuing our trade was really easy and smooth. We never felt the pressure that is common at car dealers. Their finance person Chris got us a really good rate on our loan, even making calls to people he knows at the various local banks. We are very happy with our experience at the Autobarn.
Good family car for the price , you get what pay compare to other brands of minivans , not bad at all , but they need to update the model , the new 2019 is the same same , and they should add ad optional AWD
I had a wonderful experience taking my car in for some long overdue service. I was made aware that it would take a couple of hours to complete, and I didn't want to spend all that time at the dealership. Not being an app savvy person that uses Lyft and/or Uber services, I had asked my son to take me to the nearby mall while the car was being worked on. Unfortunately, he wasn't available. He did mention to ask the dealership for a courtesy vehicle. After dropping off my car and before I even had the chance to ask about a courtesy vehicle, Jessie had asked if I would like to be taken to the mall. This made my day, much easier than filling out paperwork for a loaner. On top of taking me to the mall, they called to let me know when the work was done, and where they would pick me up. I'm so happy I purchased my car at Ziegler Ford.

I love everything about it. It has enough room for my family and is still a luxury vehicle. I never thought I never thought I would fall in love with a mini van
The wait time is the worst. I have to wake up extra early every time I need to get an oil change trying to be the first in line. But the people are great! They try to help make your wait comfortable. They have free coffee and popcorn in the waiting area. I purchased my vehicle from this dealer less than a year ago and have been getting it serviced here since then.

As title suggested, I had drove this car twice now for longish distance driving.
In terms of practicality, family did not complaint so that's a positive. My only negative is the boot a bit small compare to our Passat.
As for driving experience, I had and will continue to say it's a bit like driving a tractor. The wheel was relatively heavy comparing to all other cars I had drove. Given that I can confidently drive it at night for 90 miles from San Diego back to Orange County so maybe it does deserve some credit on handling department. The braking is ok but if you drive sensibly then I don't think it will be an issue. If you do blindly follow, aka tailgating, I have no confidence in its reactive time, anyway just don't.
Overall, a good people carrier but don't expect any fun driving experience.
These two guys negotiated with us to give us the best deal possible to drive out with our new truck tonight! Will definitely recommend them to anybody that is looking to get a new car/truck! They???re the guys to go to! 10/10.. because the scale only goes up to 10!
Mark Sanders is the salesman to get. He seemed to be genuine in his concern for getting me the vehicle that I wanted. They didn't have my truck on the lot, and we talked price without seeing it. Mark said a small deposit would be required to have the truck transferred to Antioch. I wasn't in a rush and told them I would think about it. A day or two later, I get a call from Mark saying that they went and got the truck and it would be sitting in front for me to look over. Sure enough, I went there the next day and liked what I saw. It was as described. After a test drive and some final negotiations I had the deal put on paper. Of course it changed, but after a little more negotiations we were back on track. They were high on some of the add on extra add ons I wanted, but took no for an answer also. Watch your deal as a good buyer should, bring a calculator, make sure that you are talking out the door price and all is good with these guys. Get Mark if you can and have fun negotiating with Kevin. The Finance Manager was good to work with too.
Mark Sanders provided us with prompt and detailed answers to all our specific questions, He listened to us on our requirements and showed us many vehicles which met them! All personnel (Sales and service) answered many concerns we had promptly and with detailed answers. Our first vehicle purchase at this dealership was in 2007 and we maintained all our service with them. The staff in service are professionals in their profession and experts in their mechanical knowledge! We look forward to their service in the future with this new vehicle.
