Answer is, it depends. We got there at about 3:30pm and left maybe about 8pm. But we got a fair deal. We have tried to go to other dealers, and yeah they make fun of this on the radio but its true. Others dealer tried to sell us a vehicle and forcing us to put 3000 dollars as a down payment. Elder asked us how much we wanted to put down asked how much we could afford a month and they would work with what we had. Very friendly people, and my dad got his new car which is very happy about.
I was extremely satisfied with my experience for the regular maintenance i had performed on my Optima. Shaun was completely on target and was fantastic at communicating. The only thing that would have made it 100% would have been a more timely shuttle. I do realize that one person could be only in one place at a time but, more than one person could be picking up and dropping off customers. Other than that, 100%.
Had my first visit to Southwest Kia, such nice friendly people work there. I left feeling totally confident that my car is going to be taken care of in my new home state of Texas. Even the parts and service director John Scurlock took time out to visit and welcome me.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.
Found a vehicle that I was ready to buy but their no haggle pricing was too high. As an online only dealer without brick and mortar investment they should offer very attractive pricing. I managed to find a similarly equipped car for a much more attractive price. Their customer service was great so if you find a car that you like and you like the price I would not hesitate buying from them.
Used Cars.com to find a used car for our college age son, called the dealership and was test driving the car we saw on the website within an Hour. Michael Aldape was professional and really easy to work through the process. Highly recommend
I found a used work van at this dealership and I’m very happy with the whole process of buying from this dealership. I called and they sent me the application via email. (I live in Dallas) I was approved then I put a disposit on the van. I did not haggle on the price since it was truly a good deal to begin with. Once I got to there dealership I test drive and I was out the door in 30 minutes. Everyone was nice and courteous. Professional and not pushy. They offered all the packages that I could purchase but it was not pushed on me. By far the easiest and most smooth car buying experience I’ve had at any dealership. Would recommend them to anyone and drive from Dallas if I found another vehicle they had I would want to buy. 5 stars for these guys and two thumbs up.
Great service got me in and out as promised called late and asked them to squeeze me in they were great at working with my schedule and I appreciate that. I look forward to returning for future service work.
