I absolutely love the vehicle I purchased from Landers McLarty with the help of Joe Johnson. He went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that I was happy and that I had a great experience at this dealership. I really appreciate everything Joe did and all the help he gave and provided to me.
Had a very good experience. The staff was very friendly. Jerry Jones was my salesman and he was very nice, he knew his job. He explained every thing very well. He showed me cars that he thought I might like and gave me the time to decide which vehicle I wanted to purchase. He was not a pushy salesman. I would recommend him as a very good salesman. He answered all of my questions very well. He did not try to sale me a car that I wasn't looking at. He was very informed about the cars he showed me. So if you are looking for a new or used car I would recommend Lynn Layton FORD in Decatur, Alabama. And would recommend Jerry Jones as your salesman. Thank you very much for your help.
Bubba Stockton was courteous, friendly and very helpful in getting me acquainted with this vehicle. I had met him in the past, but had never gotten acquainted with him. His knowledge and helpfulness were evident, as well as his concern for customer satisfaction.
My husband and I drove the 70 miles from our home to Jerry Damson of Arab to look at a used car. Both of us called prior to going to verify the car was still available and that we could see it. I guess we should have asked if we could drive it because, when we arrived, the seats were out for cleaning and the car would not be ready to drive until the middle of the following week. Bummer. We probably would have paid cash that day for the car if we could have driven it. Please let people know that they cannot test drive a car if they call about it. Some people drive a good distance just to be turned away.
It only took a few hours for us to purchase this vehicle once we chose what we wanted. Quick and easy. They showed us our minimum option. And asked us what we would like to spend. And showed us are choices.
Originally we were supposed to be buying from someone else but she left. We got "transferred" to Robert Shrier! I was super happy with his knowledge of the vehicle and his happy and welcoming demeanor. Great salesman. Thank you for everything! :)
Our car buying experiemcw was quick and seamless, as far as buying a car goes. The facilities are a bit on the "dated" side, hence the three stars. The building is clean and the sales people are fantastic. We will be going back so my son can have a tutorial with Anthony about all of the bells and whistles on his car. Overall, very happy with our experience at your store.
I am so thankful for Jimique Jones and the entire Hyundai of Decatur team. Everyone was very friendly and so helpful. I never thought I would be able to get the car I wanted but Jimique went above and beyond to help me. I am forever grateful. Thank you guys!!
I went with my son to look at a car he saw online. The down payment was more than he expected. but the owner accused me of trying to talk him out of buying the car and I didn't appreciate it. I understand they want to make a see but show a little more respect, especially to a lady.

Jus a good friendly place to go for any kind of service from just getting your car inspected to make sure everything is working properly to oil and rotates to major service work. What every you need they will do. I???m always pleased with them
Though we did not purchase a used car from University Kia, we were so pleased with Amber in the way we were treated, and her deep product knowledge. She answered our questions with clarity, and in so many ways understood our needs. Had our plans not changed, we would have made a purchase. My wife and I look forward to doing business in the future.
I was a little uneasy about purchasing a new car but when I arrived at University Kia they eased all of my concerns. My car buying experience was one of the BEST. They had a great selection of new & used cars to choose from. My salesman, Andrew, was very courteous and helpful. Because of him and the great managers at University Kia I am now the owner of a 2018 Kia Optima.
Erik Brown was very knowledgeable, friendly, and personable. He showed us what we first asked about but he listened to our comments / wants and showed us a vehicle that fit us and we ultimately purchased. He showed us the different features of the vehicle and assisted us in setting up items we weren't familiar with. Gary(used car sales) and Dan (financing) were also extremely helpful & friendly. Gary worked with us to come to terms we were satisfied with and Dan provided options (one that I chose) to provide better future service. The only reason I didn't rate the Buying Process as excellent was because your computer system was up & down and it took 2.5 hours to get the paperwork completed.
