Infinity KC team takes the hassel out of car shopping.

I am a big fan of Infinity of KC due to their professionalism and efficiency. The sales team knows their product, listens to the customer on the type of vehicle desired and provide an efficient purchasing process once the agreement is met.
Bought a used Buick Enclave. Staff was friendly, I felt no pressure to buy. Got a great deal on my trade in. Service was great and was one of the easiest cars purchases I ever made. From financing to extended warranty. My wife loves the SUV.
My husband and I went in specifically to buy a new Enclave. We worked with Sheldon. I explained we had an appointment in a couple hours. Walked in at 10:00 AM and out with our new vehicle by 12:30. Transaction with trade in went smooth. Love Love my new ride.
5+ Star for Sales team. Great experience. Works well with customer. Paper handling and title/registration dept "upstairs" is AWFUL. 1 month from buying and still not received papers. False promised 3 times already saying its mailed out (outright lies). Everytime you call they have excuse for lying previous time. Now my tag expires in 3 days with no papers in hand. That's the "LEGENDS WAY" I guess..
I had been looking for a vehicle for a week before i went to Fred Leatz at Victory. Being a first-time car buyer, the whole process had so far been very difficult and everyone was giving me insanely bad offers. I wish i had gone to Fred from the beginning. Not only did he get me a better deal than anyone and the best trade in value for my current car, but he also gave me financing tips and made sure i knew everything i needed to know before i left the dealership. Fred went above and beyond for me and him and Jason gave me the best deal possible. I would recommend Victory to my friends and family.
Everybody was just great they call me if you times wanted to know if you know this is okay or could they do anything for me these people really know what's going on and I felt like I was one of the family
I live in St Louis and had been looking for the right car for a while. I found the perfect 2013 Subaru Forester on LSH’s website and put the car on hold after talking to Leslie. She was very helpful and made the process easy.
I flew into KC and picked up the car yesterday. Austen and Darryl helped me to close the sale. They had already detailed the car and prepared paperwork before I arrived. All I had to do was test drive, talk about financing/warranties and sign. The paperwork didn’t take long, they made sure I was 100% comfortable with everything, patiently answered all of the questions I had, (I’m not very knowledgeable about cars and likely asked some stupid questions!) and had me out the door in about two hours. It was not the all day, stressful situation I’ve learned to expect from other dealerships!
This was definitely the best experience I’ve had buying a car. The entire staff seemed very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend going to them!
Overall was rated only "good" in place of excellent due to issues beyond Edward Santana's control. The new car required some body repair which required some delays/inconveniences. The future looks good for Edwardo professionally. We are pleased with him and on request will send him new business.
John Miller was amazing to work with on our new car purchase. Planned in being there all day to buy a car and was just there a couple hours. Great to get my Saturday back! Great small town dealership!!
We went into Zeck not knowing what to expect Fran helped us every step of the way and even offered his personal opinion of the truck that I ended up buying! He wasn???t too pushy and helped us every way he could! I will definitely be back and asking for Fran in the future!
Ed went out of his way to make sure we were very happy with the car. Everything was done exactly as they said and delivered on time. We could not be happier with the way they handled the car buying experience. This is a great dealer, with no pressure to buy.
