Ashley was amazing and incredibly helpful! Made me feel welcome, was very knowledgeable, and made the process extremely easy! After having a bad experience with the first car I bought from a different dealership I was nervous about doing it again but she made it a great experience, and I am so glad it was her I dealt with!
Bought a 2017 Chevy Cruze from Colby Newlen at Maguire Chevy & Cadillac. They didn't have the pre-owned car I wanted but were confident they could find one for me. A few days later I drove home in my Cruze and in the color I wanted. Didn't know a dealership would do that! Colby and his manager couldn't have made it any easier!!!
The people that work here are very accommodating. They are friendly and patient. I moved here from Northern Virginia about two years ago and did not know where to get my car serviced. I broke down and took it to the dealer's service department. I am so happy that I did. I will go no where else. I have two Ford Expeditions and will buy any future vehicles from this dealership. They are fast to get you in for service, fast to get you out, but most of all... they are honest!
Couldn't make a deal. Couldn't get down to my monthly payment I would be comfortable with, I mostly blame the high price of vehicles and my crappy credit score, but the salespeople could have done better, seemed to want to push an extended warranty on a 2018 vehicle with 12,000 miles on it, and never quoted me a payment figure without it. Communication could have been better, they didn't get back to me for 5 days to let me know what was going on, when he finally did he quoted the same figure he gave me when I was up there (from 2 hours away I might add). Finance manager was supposed to be working on a better figure, but I never heard from him. Too bad we couldn't do anything, I liked the place for the most part .
We had an awesome experience with Robert at Royal Ford. He did a great job helping us find the right car for us. Would deal with him again in a heart beat!!
