This van meets our needs for comfort, roominess, ease of drivability and overall style. We love that it has all the gadgets at an affordable price
Bought my Avalon there and drove 18 miles for service for four years. Last visit was pitiful. Took car in for bakes, tires and wipers. They put on the wrong wipers requiring a return visit and more money. Then car was vibrating requiring a second return visit. Was told they put on the WRONG weights to balance the new tires. Worse, I called Service Manager and got NO call back. Sent an e-mail and again NO reply. That is no way to treat a customer who spent many thousands of dollars there. Cost me a lot of time and money!!!

We bought this van as a replacement for another make and model that gave up the ghost. We haven't had it long, hence the 4 on reliability, but so far it runs well and my wife loves it.
Traded my 2008 for this 2017 and the difference is remarkable..the 3.6 motor is a gem, with class leading power and smoothness along with better mileage..hauls everything.. tows my trailer and with the stow and go seats dropped into the floor...other minivans are not even close by lacking this convenience. My nxt is the nicest vehicle I have owned in my 50+ years of driving.
Had an awesome experience at Toyota on Nicholasville. I worked with Ron and Jacob specifically, and these two were absolutely great. I had called ahead of time to let them know the vehicle I was interested in seeing, and they were at the door waiting for me when I arrived. They provided me a ton of information on the car and never made me feel pressured to buy, which I really appreciated. When it came time to negotiate price, I voiced my concerns and where I would like to get the on-the-road cost, and I felt they were more than fair in getting me to a number that made me feel comfortable.
Wonderful overall experience! Ron and Jacob were EXCELLENT.

Good family car for the price , you get what pay compare to other brands of minivans , not bad at all , but they need to update the model , the new 2019 is the same same , and they should add ad optional AWD
I bought a 2017 Ford Mustang here and the service was amazing. The detailing on the car was great looked brand new. I love the car. Thank you!
Drove this twice as a rental

As title suggested, I had drove this car twice now for longish distance driving.
In terms of practicality, family did not complaint so that's a positive. My only negative is the boot a bit small compare to our Passat.
As for driving experience, I had and will continue to say it's a bit like driving a tractor. The wheel was relatively heavy comparing to all other cars I had drove. Given that I can confidently drive it at night for 90 miles from San Diego back to Orange County so maybe it does deserve some credit on handling department. The braking is ok but if you drive sensibly then I don't think it will be an issue. If you do blindly follow, aka tailgating, I have no confidence in its reactive time, anyway just don't.
Overall, a good people carrier but don't expect any fun driving experience.
Earlier I posted a negative review for the Don Franklin Mitsubishi dealership over some issues that may have been small compared to other reviews. But my expectations were high in regards to what others had said, and small things can add up to big things in my humble opinion.
However, executive management at the dealership did reach out to me expressing interest in resolving the issues. That, in and of itself, speaks volumes and raised my over-all respect for the Don Franklin Family of Dealerships, and which resulted in an amiable solution to my frustrations. It does not negate the fact that it had to go to upper management to be resolved, but it does show their intent for customer relations to improve; and they have bent over backwards to bring resolution to the issues.
Trust is important! And without hesitation, I can now give my recommendation that you can indeed trust this dealership to satisfy your needs in purchasing and maintaining a vehicle! Missteps were made in my case, but they were taken care of. Thank you George Monticello for your patience and understanding.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied.
