Was looking at a used 14 Tahoe that was just Traded in. Was in Contact with Charlie . He was very helpful in returning emails . Though the price was Right and Tahoe was in Excellent Condition . I owed to much on my current Tahoe so the numbers didn't work for me. I would highly recommend this dealership and Charlie .

Went for a 30 minute oil change. The person who checked the car in gave me a tan ticket and said I was all set. I walked through the door and looked left and right and the girl behind the counter said the waiting room is to the right. I go and get comfortable and an hour goes by and I’m thinking it’s unusual for an oil change to take this long. After 1 1/2 hours I go to the desk and ask why it’s taking so long and the young man tells me my car is not in the computer. He told me I was supposed to check in at the desk. Well, the person who checked my car in did not tell me that. He told me I was all set!!! I was very upset. The young man behind the counter was so patient as I was not. He wanted to reschedule and I couldn’t as I was leaving the country on Monday. His next solution was to give me a rental so I could do my errands and they would get to my car after the tech got back from lunch LOL. I was ok with that. So 2 hours after arriving,I had a car, not mine, and set off to do my errands. It was about 1 1/2 hours after that when I got called my car was ready. While the screw up was up front, the service I received after the error was discovered was top notch. The young man taking care of the situation was as calm as a cucumber and I was not. He was awesome and should be congratulated for making a messed up situation work. This was the first messed up appointment I’ve every had at a Subaru dealer so overall you do do a great job!
did all my work over the phone and when I drove from eastern ny to Canandaigua 230 miles I was greeted professionally and everything was as good or better than was promised over the phone which was a big concern of mine because of past dealer nightmares. I've bought vehicles as far west as Arizona, Oklahoma, South as far as Florida and north Carolina NEVER had a better experience. I'll definitely buy there again. We stopped in to inquire about leasing. We were greeted by Howard Hill & welcomed to the dealership. Howard listened to what we were thinking of looking at and offered information on the leasing program. He then suggested we look at a Grand Cherokee he had in the lot. He brought it around & showed us how everything worked. We took a test drive & he further explained the many features it had. Returning back to the office we decided it was what we wanted. Howard then began the process of the paperwork & setting us up with Steven Mansfield in finance dept. The day started meeting Howard around 9:00am and by about 12:30pm we were happily driving our Grand Cherokee home!
I went to Peake Dodge Ram dealership because a friend recommended it and she bought her new jeep from there. This is where I Sean R. - he was very helpful in directing me to the Honda I was interested in and was very informative about all the vehicles I asked about. Sean gave me a ton of information. I want to say that this dealership has many wonderful photos online. They are close up. detailed, clear and accurate. I love the 360 walkaround photos Sean does. Having limited credit I was drawn to the "For the People Credit Approval Process." I am ECSTATIC to say that they went above and beyond and not only managed to get me within my budget on a NEW 2016 Chrysler 200 (first [reliable] car too) Danny, Aaron and Jason not only got me approved on my new beautiful new ride but also gave me $2,000 dollars MORE than what my hunk of junk 2004 chevy cavalier was worth. It amazes me how much they helped me out and I am very grateful for all of their hard work! Give them a shot, I promise you won't be disappointed.
I heard their radio ad offering $5k for trade-ins even if I owed more on it than it was worth and I thought this is for me!! I was "underwater" with a lemon that was old and going to die before I'd even paid it off! They gave me $5k for it and I got a great rate on a new Jeep despite my 550 credit score! I normally don't buy American cars but this was a GREAT deal. Chris Curran, my sales rep, was a nice guy and quite respectful.
