Excellent customer service with MR. Eric Williams And Ms Carla Martinez very polite very respect full very comfortable to talk too and very knowledgeable with I all my questions I was completely satisfied I would give them not just the five *****. More like 10 would be better for them both
Tamer was great!! Everyone there was very easy to work with. They worked their butts off to get me a car. Everyone is very kind and hard working!! Definitely will go back as soon as I’m able to get a newer car!!

I just left this dealership and they tried everything in there power to get me a car!!! I’m a out of state buyer and was able to get the car no issue. Although some things on my credit had complications and my drivers license had some complications we figured everything out. So the accusations that I’m seeing are obviously made up. Everyone in the place was nice, of course they wanted me to buy a car but they was patient while I made my phone calls and figure out my personal situations. They never even questioned my out of state purchase and they was able to handle the situation Farley quick to be honest. Maybe the employees woke up on the wrong side of the bed that day (negative reviews) but today they was all about making sure I was satisfied. Thank you guys

Always a great experience dealing with salesmen at Wayne Acura. I just recently purchased an Acura RDX and I’m extremely excited about my new car! Did an internet purchase on an 09 Murano and at pickup found out the car didn't have all I asked for and was promised. I was livid because the original process had been great and felt I had been taken advantage of. Got in contact with Tom Wall, Manager and he searched high and low for the car I wanted. When he couldn't find the 2009 he got me a 2010 Murano at NO ADDITIONAL COST with all the options I originally wanted. In my opinion he went WAY above and beyond to make sure they made it right. I'll be a long time customer at DCH Freehold Nissan. Also, they have a great guy, John, who shows you all the options in the car and how each works....really friendly, really funny and very knowledgable. It's worth buying a car there just to meet him - he's teriffic!

I read review of DCH Freehold Nissan on this website and decided to drive all the way from Piscataway, about 30 miles, to buy a new car. The long trip was every bit worth it. I had an excellent, and I should say, a very unusual experience. Unusual because this experience was unlike any other I have had at other dealers. I felt no pressure to close the deal, no haggling over price and everyone in the dealership was very courteous and professional. My salesman was Mark Weber, who I think is the nicest and most professional of salesmen I have ever dealt with. He was very patient with me and answered all my questions in a very courteous and calm manner. He did not rush me into making my decision and let me take time with all the details. I bought my car because of him. Thanks Mark for a great car buying experience. I have given this dealer the highest rating particularly for a great car buying experience. Thanks.
Went in to look at used Jetta Sportswagen. Felt salesperson was a little over-eager,
and was somewhat turned off by his disparaging remarks about other dealers.
Was contacted again by dealership on another car, but when I quickly responded, I was told that the 2nd car was already sold.
I own a late model Toyota Tacoma and was in need of an oil change and some other minor services. An appointment was made at The Toyota dealership for three weeks away. After calling the Performance Dealership in Butler,NJ, an appointment was made and the Toyota appointment was cancelled. The service at Nissan for a non Nissan vehicle was nothing less than professional. Service Manager Tim Kelly and his staff were tremendous, including Ms. Popper.What a relief to know that friendly service is right around the corner. Thank you Tim and staff.
They were prompt. Waiting was minimal. They???re we???re attentive. Jorge from Service was extremely helpful and represents what Lexus should be. Cool Dude.
