Easy to use store-able (stock) roof rack system.
Could use more USB and/or lighter ports, but easily upgraded.
Lot's of after market things to upgrade the SXT and GT models.
I took my 2018 Challenger in for a repair and they took the best care of me. They Diagnosed the issue in no time and provided me with Rental so I could get to my work. Dane -my service adviser- was responsive and friendly. Hands down, the best Dealership and Service Team in the area.

Sliding door is perfect for putting in baby carseat and kids when someone parks to close beside u.

Excellent value for the money, strong performance, lots of room inside, very good on gas, lots of interchange with seats, Dealer network needs a lot of work, want to sell, but no nothing about customer service. Dodge does not seem to care.
It was nice to get beyond the dickering that one is always subjected to from car salespeople. Buying from the comfort of home was nice.
Excellent price for a low mileage 2018 vehicle.

Great car - Hauls stuff like a van, feels like a luxury car. The GT upgrades are worth the price - Leather seats, power passenger seats, stiffer suspension. My only complaint was with the dealer - they did not honor their price guarantee. My wife has to argue them down. Will never go there again.
This is a beautiful car. It's pretty on the outside and the inside. It's got so many options inside that make me happy. Loving the hands free phone, I can actually burn my music cd's to the hard drive of the vehicle and don't have to keep them in the car. I chose right on this one, so much room. I will keep this until it just won't drive anymore. I love the outside, the change to the front end with the grill makes it look so nice.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.
I was very pleased with the work performed on my car November, 2018. Especially grateful to Assistant Manager TaDarryl Smith for his professionalism, work ethics!
It's a Van...lots of options...but still a Dodge

All the options are nice.
I like the heated seats, heated steering wheel, power doors and lift gate, remote start. The vehicle rides smoothly when up to speed.
I do not like the low takeoff power of the V6, the highest end stereo and speakers are really lacking in depth and sound. It has short legroom on the passenger side.
All in all, not bad for a $18,000 van, but spending $28,000 would have gotten the Toyota or Honda. I primarily use this van for work, so its adequate.
Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable. I would recommend friends. Any question that I asked was always answered and if the Salesman didn’t know the answer he would find the answer.
Great van for a family with kids

We looked at several vans before buying the Dodge Grand Caravan GT. We got some options including heated seats and steering wheel. This has been a wonderful car for our kids and the stow-away seats allow as much space in the back as most truck beds. It rides smoothly and has many features that older vans do not, including back-up camera and navigation system built in. We recommend this vehicle to anyone interested in lots of storage. So far, we love it.
No gimmicks - smooth expedient process, and friendly courteous people at this dealership. The best car buying experience I've ever encountered.
Excellent for our needs

This vehicle body style hasn’t been updated in more than 10 years. It’s basically a cargo van with seats. But it has stow and go so the entire area behind drivers seat can be made into a cargo area or in our case for our dogs to take trips in. The only other newer van that does this is the Chrysler Pacifica and there are very few used ones available in a reasonable price range so this vehicle was a good choice as an alternative.
Great experience and will definitely come back for service work. I had an appointment and opted to wait in the customer lounge. My vehicle was repaired and returned to me in less than an hour and a half. Great service.
