After a day of car dealerships and not seeing or getting the service I was expecting, I walked into Dodge City of McKinney and was immiedately greeted by Bobby. He could sense the defeat I carried with me but he was persistent on me staying positive, that he has what I was looking for. I initially came looking at the Jeep but switched gears to the Dodge. Bobby worked with me on my credit and my monthly price point. We initially did not agree and C.J. came over to speak with me. After reviewing they were able to get me in an amazing vehicle for an amazing price and interest rate. They stayed positive, bent over backwards and took care of me all the way through. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Best customer service and perfect vehicle for my family!
Answer is, it depends. We got there at about 3:30pm and left maybe about 8pm. But we got a fair deal. We have tried to go to other dealers, and yeah they make fun of this on the radio but its true. Others dealer tried to sell us a vehicle and forcing us to put 3000 dollars as a down payment. Elder asked us how much we wanted to put down asked how much we could afford a month and they would work with what we had. Very friendly people, and my dad got his new car which is very happy about.
We bought a 2019 silver Sante Fe today and it was a great experience thanks to the friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff. Ethan was our salesman and we could not have asked for better service. He was absolutely great to deal with. Lee, the GM, was supportive and helpful and Scott, the finance officer, was fantastic. We have never had such a thorough and informative training on all the bells and whistles of a new car as we got from Dyllun. He knows everything there is to know about the vehicles they sell! I highly recommend checking out their great deals and service!
Today we bought a used 2013 Tahoe at Dale Howard Ford in Iowa Falls. What a great experience. Josh and the team worked with us on a price we liked. They were very professional and extremely pleasant to deal with. It was well worth the drive up there. We will definitely do business with them again.
I was shopping around for a new car and I came across a very nice Hyundai from this dealer. I requested information about the car and got an email sent back to me almost instantly. The customer service was above and beyond. Not only did the email quickly I got a phone call as well going jeer everything that I needed and wanted to know about the process of buying the car. They were very nice and I would recommend this dealer to everyone I know.
JC is by far the most honest and helpful salesman I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I have been with Eich Motor for over 40 years and on my fourth car with this company. The whole staff all still work hard to be a small town, trustworthy company. JC is that and much more. He returns all texts, emails and phone calls in a timely fashion. He speaks the truth and is incredibly helpful. I know I can contact him in two weeks, two months or in two years from now, he will do all he can to answer my questions and make sure I am happy with my new fabulous Golf Alltrack. He's a good man with a big heart...AND on the test drive he let me FULLY explore the extreme maneuverability of the car. He's just the best.

I was able to buy a much newer car, only a year old, after my bankruptcy. I had been told that it would be a very hard thing to do and would need special financing but would really help rebuild my credit more than anything right now. I told myself I would never buy a Kia but it is necessary now to go to work. I was fired from a job just 4 miles away and drive 47 miles to and from work. I really wanted a Dodge Challenger and sold my BMW 330i to a private party. But my payments would have been much higher, actually now my payments are slightly lower than the 2006 was, and less total cost than I paid for the 2006 BMW (for the 2017 Kia Soul). I did not like the fact they took away the CD player, but they added Sirius XM satellite radio and I adapted by putting my music from the CDs to the computer onto my phone's SD card which I can play on Bluetooth.
Armen was the best sales guy , didn’t try to talk me in to buying something I didn’t want. He made buying my new Jeep a quick easy process. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to buy their brand. Went to five other lots and this place was by far the best.
Although buying a new car is exciting, the actual purchase can be a long drawn out affair. The folks at Wells, especially our sales rep Mike Poole, helped to make the process as easy as possible. The customer service at that dealership is excellent and I highly recommend them.
Patty, Boyd and Chris made my transaction quick and smooth. There's not really anything else to say. If you've bought vehicles in the past, you know how important that is. I was in, and out the door in just over an hour. That is not an exaggeration.
