The work I had done I was told on my last visit would be about $150.00. I was billed $197.00. A little disappointed with that. My reset for my oil change wasn't done so I did that at home myself. Despite this I keep coming here for regular maintenance. I just feel it's the thing to do. I don't upset easily. All in all I've always had a good experience
Eric was great to work with and no haggling with price. I told him what I wanted and needed for my trade and he made it happen. was probably the easiest vehicle purchase I have ever done.

I just wanted to thank and recommend Salesman Paul Barnes who is professional, kind, and worked hard to get me a great deal on my new Kia Sportage. I???ve worked in the business as a Sales Manager and knew I was upside down on my trade. I know how he makes his money and rather him shrug me off for something that appears to be an easier sale, Paul worked hard and stuck with me to get me at a fair price. I will be buying vehicles from him as long as he is in the business.
I had an excellent experience finding a new car. Brian helped me find the perfect car (Kia Forte S) and made the process easy and stress free. The dealership is absolutely beautiful and everyone was extremely helpful from the minute I walked in. Once I got my new car, Brian took the time to help me sync my phone, review key features and make sure I was happy with everything before I left. Jean-Claude and Brian made the process of trading in my lease extremely easy and made transferring my information to the new car seamless. I would recommend Brian and Burlington Kia to everyone looking for a new or used car. The new Kia models are fantastic and I am in love with my new Kia Forte!
David Tranchilla was excellent! He really worked hard to get me in the car I wanted, but unfortunately was not able to match the price of another dealership. However, I would not hesitate to contact them again for any future vehicle purchase.

Just bought my new Ram 1500. I traded in my Tacoma and I must say the entire experience was great. Started out looking at their website, which is very well constructed & maintained. Their internet sales manager, David, is very helpful and answered all my questions promptly. Came in to look at a truck they had because they had the best prices in my area and what I wanted in stock. When I arrived, David was already working with a customer, so I got the pleasure of working with Armen. He was very helpful and straightforward throughout the entire process. It was like I was a member of the family having a regular conversation, not some annoying car salesman doing the hard sell. We made a deal on a new truck, not a bunch of ridiculous haggling to get where I wanted to be. It was all very transparent and explained very well, no gimmicks or tricks like some places. I look forward to doing more business with them in the future and highly recommend them. Ask for either Armen or David, you won’t be disappointed.
After a day of car dealerships and not seeing or getting the service I was expecting, I walked into Dodge City of McKinney and was immiedately greeted by Bobby. He could sense the defeat I carried with me but he was persistent on me staying positive, that he has what I was looking for. I initially came looking at the Jeep but switched gears to the Dodge. Bobby worked with me on my credit and my monthly price point. We initially did not agree and C.J. came over to speak with me. After reviewing they were able to get me in an amazing vehicle for an amazing price and interest rate. They stayed positive, bent over backwards and took care of me all the way through. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Best customer service and perfect vehicle for my family!
Bought a Kia Sorento from Rachel at Fuccillo North Port. The dealership was very clean, inviting and the people very customer friendly!! From the moment I first started looking for new vehicle they were the best. Didn’t give harassing phone calls just simply a check-up phone call. Loved the car and the way I was treated. Rachel was extremely friendly and explained all the options I could get and really listened to my needs and what I wanted. Bobby in finance was also great!! He explained all warranty options but didn’t push on them. Best place to buy a vehicle in my opinion. Great experience and free gifts were great too!!!
This is a dealership without commissions...they had no incentive other than to collaborate to make me happy. Unlike other dealership experiences where my entire experience was a draw of the luck of the agent who would reach me first, here I encountered collaboration between various employees, all with the common purpose of helping me find the right auto. No pressure with purchase. Excellent follow-up. Impressed.
Tim George, the sales representative was amazing. This was the best buying experience I have had. Tim listened well and delivered great service. The process was completed on the telephone and in the dealership. Our total time to complete it all including the thorough review of this car's systems was a short three hours. Very impressive!
