Began our journey on Black Friday to find a nee Jeep. Stopped at Southfork CDJR first since it was local. Worked with Albert Woods on my wish list for a new Wrangler. Left the dealership and looked at a few others just to see who else had what. We sent Albert more info on additional possibilities. We received a text from him a few days later saying he had found what we were looking for with just a couple of differences. We went back to Southfork and met with Albert again. Decided we would take the new Wrangler even if it wasn???t an exact match. During the negotiations with our trade, there was no pressure at all to buy. We almost decided to leave and wait for what we were looking for but Albert and the sales team really worked with us on the deal. They made a great offer on the price that we couldn???t pass up. We made the deal and are glad we did. Jordan Fournet in finance was very courteous and again no pressure to purchase anything more we didn???t want. Answered all our questions and even shared a great video with us. The whole thing took just a couple of hours and we were on our way in my brand new Wrangler. I will definitely return to Southfork for my services and even future car purchases if I???m in the need of a new vehicle. Check them out as they won???t disappoint!

Found a few cars I was interested in online. Called and was told how online works, but I was visiting Houston area the following week, so I decided I wanted to just go to the dealership. I was very impressed how easy this process was. After test driving four cars decided on the Maxima (my third Maxima). Was told it was not ready to roll and it would take a few days for it to be ready. I told the salesman that we were leaving Houston in three days and I needed to take the car with me. Thank you Sergio for making sure my car would be ready and texting me with updates, as I asked about the deadline promised.
My representative was great. He was veey helpful and kept me informed throughout. This place has gone downhill ever since AutoNation has taken over. Booking a service apointment was an absolute waste of time since they could not even look at my car until the following day anyway.
Great, professional service from Ray Coleman and Amanda in finance. They gave me options, explained what would benefit me most and made great suggestions based on what I told them I wanted! They were not pushy and allowed me to be in control of my purchase
I went with my boyfriend to sign papers on his new truck. I went walking around the new and pre owned inventory just looking and there it was....the car I've wanted for years! Nissan Murano! The price was good, it was loaded with all the toys i could imagine and more! And was right there. A mentioned it to the salesman helping my boyfriend and he had it out front before I knew it. I test drove it and became an owner right there. They gave me a good deal, and a good deal on my trade sight unseen. I drove my new car home that day. The sign on the door said no commissioned sales people. I was not pressured, my opinion mattered, and I felt like I was the best customer of the day. The process was easy. Never had a car sales experience like this. EVER. Albert was helpful and interested in what I had to say. He introduced me to John Aldridge, the used car sales manager and then to Gabriel with financing. Gabriel was able to get me another percentage point lower and I feel I was treated fairly and I got my best deal. And I wasn't even looking! I was impressed with the way they treated my friend, and I felt very comfortable buying my new car.
Just sold my Car to them today. Entire process took around 25 minutes. Drove in with my 9 year old car. They inspected my car for about 10 minutes and gave me an estimate on the spot. Their offer was higher than what the car dealership had offered me. I expected the offer. I had my title with me. So, we completed the transaction there...it took around 10-25 minutes more. They gave me a cashier's check, that i enacted with my bank that day. Very simple and efficient !
Dean Francis and the finance staff were very helpful. They were great about financing with whichever bank you want to work with. I received a fair deal for my trade and the price was right on the used vehicle that I purchased. I had one trade offer for my vehicle elsewhere that was higher,but the Helfman offer was the same as two others for my trade. Even so, the deal at Helfman was better. There are too many factors to list and they did NOT try to sell me anything I did not need. As a bonus, Unlike some dealers, my used vehicle at Helfman actually had floor mats and BOTH keys to the car. They have a big selection of sports cars and I am very happy with my experience. Thank you!
