We just purchased a 2019 Kia Forte from Bridgewater Kia. We visited Bridgewater Kia based on the positive experiences from prior customers posted on Dealerrater.com There is a sign in the showroom that says: ???Our job is not to sell you a car, our job is to help you buy a car???. That???s exactly what our salesperson Brett did and more. You couldn???t have asked for a nicer and more knowledgeable person to be your car salesperson. Brett spent a lot of time with us and patiently answered all our questions completely. He was also very clear and thorough in explaining all the features of the car, as well as all other aspects of the transaction. It was THE BEST car buying experience we have ever had! We were offered a very good deal and very fair trade-in price for our trade. It made the car buying experience a pleasure, the way it should be. I would also like to mention David, who is the finance manager. He had all our paperwork prepared accurately. He was very thorough and patient in explaining everything before we signed all the documents. Never was pressured for any after-sale add-ons. We are very excited about our purchase and extremely pleased with our car buying experience with Brett and David. Dan, (who is referred to in the prior ratings) also stopped by to talk to us and was very gracious. We highly recommend Bridgewater Kia and Brett and the team if you are looking for a new KIA.
My Experience at Sands was the way it should be at every dealership! I'm that tough customer who contemplates and perseverates until I find exactly what I want. Looking for a used car, I am glad my final decision ended with a warm and welcoming dealership such as Sands. Joe Lyons was pleasant, professional and extremely helpful Between Joe, Matt and Chris my experience was flawless. They did everything right to make it work for me with in my budget! We had our Jeep breakdown while we were 3 1/2 hours from home. We called Sands service department because we knew it should be under warranty. They were so helpful and amazing that we knew we would come here to buy our next car! We were not disappointed!

Took my jeep in on a Saturday morning because I was heard a noice under the right wheel well that didn't sound right. I didn't expect them to be able to give me a full diagnostic that morning based on timing. But they did and was able to schedule me in for that Wednesday (which was yesterday ) and got the job done. Derek was great to work with!

I finally got to actually buy a car from these guys. Had been looking but wasn???t ready and still have excellent service. I went there today not looking for specific car but I New these guy would have or find me something that fit my needs. No pressure family feel is why I returned. Everything up front no games and help me with a loan with not so great credit after so problems. I would come back and absolutely recommend. Also thanks for champagne guys!! I have been dealing with Sands Brothers for over 20 years. Took my 2008 Dodge Caliber into service for state inspection. The car needed expensive repairs to pass. After speaking with Derek Bast, telling him that I would probably not go for the needed repairs, I went to the showroom and met Greg Seip. I was holding a promotional mailer that offered a $50 Amazon gift card for taking a test drive. Greg and I talked about both a Jeep Compass and Cherokee, cars in which I was interested. He asked questions about my needs and picked out two cars that fit my price range and I drove both cars. Also met Rose Dunbar for a no pressure info session on financing and warranties. After a few days of discussion at home, I returned to the showroom and made a deal with Greg on a 2018 Compass. He and manager Chris honored a $500 incentive from another promotional mailer even though it expired. On purchase day, I got an informative review of Compass features from Greg and a speedy paperwork session with Rose. I drove out of the lot pleased with the entire experience.
Stopped in to check out a 2500 diesel and met Joe Lyons. Joe did a nice job of showing me a pearl white sport model. As I was leaving he invited me in to let me know if I did decide to purchase what incentives there would be and approx. cost. I left feeling pretty good about the truck. Long story short I called Joe a few days later and said I wanted to buy the truck. I made the deposit over the phone as Joe said he had a guy on his way to look at the truck and was pretty sure he may buy it. I wasn't going to let that happen and Joe made it work. I put 2500 miles on it right away on a hunting trip to Illinois. What a pleasure to drive!! I couldn't be any happier with Joe or Sands. Great experience..
