Great sales team! Everyone there is friendly and helpful! I worked with steve cosgrove when i purchaded my used dodge charger and would highly recommend him. He was very knowledgeable and not at all pushy. As well as honest and straight-forward. As for the service team they are also great to work with! I recently had a recall for a car part and the service team was able to fit me in right away and answered all my questions. As well as checked out some things I was worried about. I highly recommend them! I will definitely go back to them in the future!
Go see Amber Wampole and the rest of the staff at Casebere! Everyone was so kind! They made the car buying process so easy! We got a great deal on a 2015 Dodge Van! We also order the upgrade floor mats. It was a must with 3kids! We will be back to buy our 6th. vehicle in a few years!
I bought a used Lincoln MKS and I absolutely love it! Casebere's has a great selection of vehicles and they really know what theyre doing. Next time I buy a car I will come back for sure. When I came to Casebere for a new car, I was definitely surprised by the level of professionalism and the overall standard of service. Purchased one used vehicle a couple years ago and one new 2015 jeep just recently. Being a respectful repeat customer and buying new I would have thought we would have got more perks from buying from a small town dealership. Mind you I live in Fort Wayne, IN so I have multiple options... They didn't offer any type of services or even fill up our fuel tank. We had to go straight to the gas station after signing paperwork in order to drive back to Fort Wayne. It's now been a little over 4 months and the only time we have heard from them or the sales team was to tell us that we owed them $114.08 for under payment of the pay off on my trade in. Customer service does not like to be challenged when questioned and then the owner told me he didn't want a customer like me who talks garbage over a whole $114.08. WOW. I just got a new 2015 Toyota tacoma from Fort Wayne Toyota (Bob Rohrman). I get free services up to 25,000 miles and my truck came with a full tank of gas. The sales team follows up with me and cares about me as a customer. How you handled the situation I won't be back and that's to sad We trade in every 2-3 years...
In July of 2013 we inquired about a Jeep Liberty for sale through Cars.com, which was listed with Casebere Motor Sales. We were particularly impressed that a dealership would have enough faith in the potential buyer to do this for us. They went above and beyond to make sure the car was as we expected. They fixed several items that needed to be fixed on the car and redelivered the car to us. They gave us a fair trade-in on a Jeep Cherokee with 175K miles. We would highly recommend this dealership for a good sales experience. We are very happy with the car and continue to enjoy it now, almost a year later. We appreciate that the buying experience was such a positive one.
