Outstanding Car Buying Experiance

My wife and I began the quest to find a new vehicle for her parents. We were greeted by Pete Manos at Lynch GM. Pete was extremely helpful and showed us all of the options in the Chevy and Buick lineups. We decided on the Buick Verano and Pete arranged a test drive which included a stop at the potential buyers home to show the vehicle to them. After the test drive, Pete was understanding that there would be needed time to discuss the possible purchase and we parted company. Returning to Lynch a few days later along with the potential buyers, Pete was unavailable because of a promotion to a different division, but allowed Patrick Earl take over the deal. Patrick was a delight from the first greeting until the deal was closed. He treated our elderly parents with the upmost respect and made them feel comfortable throughout the process. Eventually after several options, test drives, pros and cons, the decision was made to purchase a Buick Encore. Patrick again made this process a fun yet informative process for all involved. We were not interested in the typical back and forth bartering so we told Patrick to just bring the best offer to the table and if it was acceptable fine, if not no hard feelings. The numbers were acceptable, but arrangements were made to take the vehicle home, prior to purchase, over the weekend to make sure 100% that they wanted the vehicle. A step above? I think so! He offered extra training at any time for my mother-in-law with the new technology or anything else she would need. Again, an outstanding overall vehicle buying experience.
