I found the exact package and color of Pacifica at this dealer. I contacted Frandoo, Internet sales manager at Countryside on the phone. We negotiated the price on the phone and I verified the existence of the vehicle by picture and VIN # he sent me. After I got to the dealer, the process of the purchase of the new Pacifica was smooth and easy. Frandoo was very knowledgeable and he took time to explain functions and operations of the vehicle. He did his best to make certain that the transactions go through without hitch. He is also courteous. Even days after the sale, I had certain concerns, and he put efforts to address the issues instead of just referring to service department.
Financial department did excellent job in processing the purchase documents as well.
Overall, this was one of the best experiences of new car purchase that I had over past 4 decades. Even though Countryside in Jackson, GA is a small dealer, they are head and shoulder above the big fancy dealers in Atlanta. I highly recommend Countryside and Frandoo Jean for the next car purchase.

Mr. Alton Taylor had very good customer service. He was extremely knowledgeable and tried going over and beyond to get me in the car I wanted. Unfortunately, the financing wouldn’t match up to what I wanted. I still recommend people to him because he goes over and beyond to try and make sure needs are met.

We dealt with Austin in our experience with Don Jackson. He was a pleasure to work with. Austin took great care of us!! The dealership was very busy but ran smoothly. I will definitely look here first on our next purchase. The only negative was hearing somebody yell out Roll Tide, but I can overlook that. Lol
Again my sales lady Crystal Ward was on point. Third time and this to was a charm. After talking to a internet salesman, I told them that I only deal with Crystal. She called me and asked if I was ready to get out of my 2014 Chrysler 300 that I bought through her in Aug 2016. I said yes and she went to work. She did this while I was still at work and called me about 3 hours later and asked if I was ready to come get my new 2017 Chrysler 300. Again you came through for me and Ms. Dorothy. Thanks again for your help and the professionalism you display time and time again.
I went in for an oil change. I appreciate the young man who took my car asking me about tire rotation. He looked up my account and shared with me items that were done during my last visit. Tire rotation was free because I purchased my tires there. Kim printed history of car service and recalls completed. Thanks.
