I broght in my 2015 200 for repair and then i decided to buy a new car. They had no problem helping me even with my car in their shop up on a hoist. After three hours i walked out with a 2018 dodge charger. This is the fifth car my family has bought from Dick Scott and we will be back when we need a new.

This dealership is almost an hour from me. I had already dealt with two other local dealerships prior. One was patient in helping me figure out which car I wanted but never gave me a price, even after waiting 2 weeks and checking in with them multiple times. The next dealership, I walked in and had just sat in the chair. The salesman started speaking in slang and said he was going to be “Blunt” and that “I probably couldn’t afford a new car,” even though I lease all of my vehicles. I was upset and had never been spoken to that way before. However, I didn’t make a scene, I just quietly left.
I did some research for the exact color scheme I wanted. I found that Snethkamp had that vehicle along with other color options. I put in an internet request to Snethkamp and let them know that I wanted to know my estimated numbers over the phone . I wasn’t interested in driving 45 mins just to have them play games like the other dealerships did.
The person I spoke with was awesome and connected me with JT (John Thomas). He was very kind and patient. They got me into the new car I wanted the same night and even got my payments lower than my previous vehicle.
Their facility isn’t the fanciest, but when you are treated with respect and dignity, that’s priceless

The people here are so nice and will do everything to help you find the car that works for you and in your price range. As a first time car buyer I had an amazing experience getting a car. I was looking at originally at a Jeep Compass and ended up getting a Nissan Rogue. I am much more happy with this choice gas millage wise then the compass. I purchased a NEW Promaster City Van with the help of salesman Scott Robertson and had an outstanding experience all the way around. Very friendly, professional staff. Vans are mostly sold on the used car lot and you will find Scott there. The City van has been trouble free so far (1,000 miles 2 months) and gets better than advertised mileage. I came in with my friend Michaela looking for a basic used vehicle that was good on gas. She commutes to work about 45 miles per day and the fuel was eating her up. She called on a Dodge dart that was on the website. We didn't realize that the Dart was a manual transmission when we showed up. We really liked the features of it but she had never driven a manual before. Ken said there was no better time to learn than now. He had her jump in the drivers seat and gave her basic instructions on what to do. It took a few tries. She stalled the car several times but after getting over the embarrassment, she was able to get it going. She really started to enjoy it even though she stalled it again and again. In the end, Ken moved us into a Ford focus that was an automatic transmission. We love the car. It's doing great. The car she ended up with is not the most memorable part. The fact that Ken took the time to show her something that she'd always wanted to learn but either didn't have the opportunity or didnt have the courage to do. He was awesome. I would recommend Ken to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. He wasn't pushy at all and was fun to do business with.
