Better mileage, roomier than expected

So far, this minivan has exceeded my expectations. Better mileage than I expected- 23 mpg- those are not highway miles. A 4 x 8 sheet of plywood fits in the back easily with the seats stowed. My Mountain bike fits easily standing up.
I had the misfortune of experiencing car problems while out of town for work. I took my Chrysler Town & Country van to this dealership after finding a Technical Service Bulletin online for the problem I was having (engine misfire). They were extremely busy when I got there, but the Service Advisor Specialist, Taylor Alford, seemed genuinely interested in my plight. I had to leave the vehicle overnight and get a rental car to get back to Cleveland. Taylor made sure my van was looked at the following day and got back to me promptly with what it would take to get running correctly again. I was fully expecting the worse based on what I read in the TSB, but Taylor gave me great news and the repair was relatively inexpensive. It's nice to know that there are still honest people out there! I'm very happy with the service I received at this dealership and would recommend them to all in the Louisville area!

Traded my 2008 for this 2017 and the difference is remarkable..the 3.6 motor is a gem, with class leading power and smoothness along with better mileage..hauls everything.. tows my trailer and with the stow and go seats dropped into the floor...other minivans are not even close by lacking this convenience. My nxt is the nicest vehicle I have owned in my 50+ years of driving.
This is my second purchase from this lot. They have a great selection that really will fit any need. I love buying from this lot because I know that I will get a good reliable car that will last me for awhile and the manager will do anything to make sure you get in a good car for the right price. Instead of going to several lots and trying to find a halfway decent deal I recommend anybody go to this lot to get the best deal first try.

I use it primarily as a people mover for shuttling people around. The basic vehicle has performed pretty well. Beyond the normal maintenance, we've had to replace the rear a/c unit as it developed leaks. Also, the Uconnect system has given us headaches as it corrupts the phone directory downloaded from my phone, and Chrysler wants to charge a very unreasonable amount to replace it, even under warranty. This van has shown a little more rusting than my previous owned caravan, especially around the windshield .
From the moment I walked in I was greeted and asked how my day was going from there we discussed what I was looking for, and interested in from there the team took it and ran with it!! Rest is all in the books!! I highly recommend this place from the staff and selection of vehicles made it hard which to pick !!!

We recently upgraded from a 2006 and this is both so much better and so much the same. It really feels like we are driving a new version of our favorite car.
After dealing with Frank Ford for many years, I had grown accustomed to quality professional business at their dealership. However the back end is equally impressive. The entire team of service professionals deliver quality and professional results keeping our Charger RT Max running like the day we brought it home. I use the stow and go feature a lot more than I thought I would. I average about 22 mpg with a mix of on and off highway driving

Excellent minivan for both passengers (seats 7) and for hauling small to large loads with stow and go seats and deep wells. Dependable and versatile. Excellent on the highway with great gas mileage for a minivan.
Exceptional Customer Serv.
Had some issues with power steering assembly and traction control. Ownership and my salesman made sure to remedy those problems and got me back on the road, in a timely manner, at no charge. Big shout outs to the mechanic (sorry i don't know your name), Tom and Robby.

We have spent almost $4500 in less than a year on our van. The heating and cooling system went out twice. We had to repair bushings that should not have failed so quick. The interior and the options are excellent. The video entertainment system rocks! Yes, we bought the van used but it only had 72,000 miles on it. It was bought locally and we are the second owners. You know buying a house is the biggest investment a person makes. Buying a car is second. Why do the big 3 automakers get away with fading paint, rusted doors, and vans like ours that breakdown at the drop of a hat!!! I’ll never buy from the big 3 again. The KIA Sorento is my next vehicle. I put 200,000 miles on our old Sorento without going to the shop once. 2008 was the first year for the Dodge Grand Caravan. STAY AWAY!!! Pick another year but not the 2008!! Also, you can’t check the transmission fluid. The dealer has to check it and it costs around $75!!

Too bad we bought a Dodge Caravan been problems since day one
killed several brand new batteries to the tune of 170.00 for each one.
plus two brake jobs PLUS alternator over 2,000. plus new battery same day / key and ignitions and key shut off and remove key DOES NOT SHUT OFF FROM BATTERY SUCKS BATTERY DOWN OVER THE NIGHT SO AM I CAN NOT GET TO WORK???
Amazing experience!!! Cannot rate this dealership any higher, I have been buying and servicing from them since their previous location.
