The overall experience was fine but I was just not used to this business model. I bought a $70,000 used vehicle and after having dealt with the Land Rover and Mercedes dealerships for years, the customer service at CarMax is just not up to their level. But I guess that was how I paid $2500 - $5,000 less than what other dealers were charging for the same car.
I saw a vehicle that I liked at this location and called to inquire about getting it transferred closer to me so I can purchase it. They were eager to assist and were able to answer all of my questions. I went to my local Drive Time and they were extremely helpful as well. I purchased a vehicle that I love and thier customer service is excellent. EVERYONE was eager and willing to help. They are definitely a team. This was the absolute best car buying experience that I have ever had. I would encourage anyone in need of a vehicle and second chance financing to visit Drive Time.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.
Found a vehicle that I was ready to buy but their no haggle pricing was too high. As an online only dealer without brick and mortar investment they should offer very attractive pricing. I managed to find a similarly equipped car for a much more attractive price. Their customer service was great so if you find a car that you like and you like the price I would not hesitate buying from them.
Best service experience I've ever had. Superb, professional and personal service, with top-notch free espresso bar (and dogs) to boot! Worth buying a Subie just for this. Also, Susan, my "case worker," was especially terrific. Both friendly and professional and interested in my personal experience with the car and quality of service and operation.
Soren was great! Even replaced the windshield wipers with no cost. Great service and great inventory! Definitely recommend! Everything was done in good time and everything went right!
